A DAY FOR GIRLS

By the sudden call made by the volunteer on the stage made me little nervous. At that time some one came there for my rescue.

It was none other than didia. She came close to my ears and said in a very advisable manner. She said
'PuchKi don't worry every thing is gone be alright.'
'But I am feeling little nervous didia.'
'Ok if you feel nervous breathe in and breathe out.
'Ok.'
'Now how do you feel?'
'Little bit good.'
'No think that they have called for something really interesting thing for which they only needs you.'
'But didia I feel nervous.'
'Don't feel nervous thing it's going to be alright.'
'How can I think. I think it's all mom's plan just to express how luxurious we live and also she will introduce me as elder daughter and want to insult me for my professions.'
'No why would mai do that you are thinking to much.'
'No didia I am thinking perfectly. I know her she is always in way to express how rich we are.'
'Okay for now please stop it. We will talk about this matter later. Now you focus of performing in the stage.'
'Okay didia.'
'Great now all the best and go.'
'Thank you didia.'
I went towards the stage feeling nervous that what's gone happen. But I did not loose hope. I thought everything is gone be fine. Actually the main thing is I have a stage fear. I always feel like something will go wrong if I perform alone on the stage. But then also I went.

I stepped on the stairs and slowly, slowly I went towards the middle of the stage then a spotlight hit of my face and I was standing all alone in the middle of the stage with so many people staring at me. I was feeling like I want to run away and hide myself somewhere dark where nobody can see or feel me.
Then suddenly the I was out of my thoughts when the anchor said
'Now ladies and gentlemen we have something for our main guest Roshni.
Do you want to know what?'

"Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes"

'So all of you hold your heart because someone very special not for us but for Roshni is going to be on this party within a second.
So Miss Roshni are you excited?'
'Yeah little bit.'
'Ah! Little bit?
I thought you would be more excited and eager to know your surprise or the special person.'
'I am not that much excited because I know what will happen I need to accept it and move on in life because life does not stop right?'
'You are so right Miss.
So here we go for the counting. One, two, three, four and five and here is the surprise.'
The lights were all gone it was completely a dark place where nothing could be seen properly or could be felt. But my heart was beating faster by thinking that something negative is gone happen but it didn't.

My thinking was wrong. I was proved wrong. I saw that a person entered the room and the spotlight was on him. He was handsome, tall and also very attractive. It was none other than my childhood friend Anish.
