WHY ARE YOU MARRYING?

I was left shocked when I heard about Matu didi's wedding. I wanted to say something but couldn't as there my cousins were present so I kept quite.

My cousins were very much excited regarding Matu didi's wedding.
Medha asked me directly once about my feeling for this shocking news of wedding.
'Rim tell us how do you feel about Matu's marriage?'
'Matu didi is getting married?'

'Yessss!!!'
'Really??? I am not having a day dream right??'

'Day dream what nonsense are you talking Rim?'
'No just pinch me if any one of you can?
As for me I think I am having a day dream.'

Olivia pinched me coming excitingly. She pinched really quiet hard. So I replied with a ah sound.
It hurts me a lot. And after this pinch I could really feel that I am not day dream or I am not a dreamland with is devastating dream.
And that was also true that I cannot be in dreamland or in a place where I could hear such a devastating news.
I realised that I was present in the physical world and this devastating news of high voltage shock is all true.

Seeing me not reply Pritha di asked very angrily this time
'Rim what is it? You are not replying from the time you heard about the wedding.'

'Rim this is the last time I am asking for your answer that are you ecstatic or dejected regarding this wedding I want a quick reply.'
'When is the marriage date any finalization?'
'No. Till no. But we have finalised the date for engagement ceremony.'
'When is the date?'

'It is on 19th December of the next week.'
'Great. I am really happy that finally I could attend one more wedding after so many years.
Congrats didi.'

I went towards her and hugged her tightly.
In her ears I whispered softly but in a serious tone that she will stay in my room after my cousins left.
'So it is confirmed that on 19th December next week of this month.'

'Then Matu di will become primarily outsider.'

'Now stop Guddi and Sarthak. Let's go down. It's already late for us.'

'But why it is late for us boro di.'

'This because my dear Sarthak Mami before coming to Rim's room asked you, me and Guddi to bring suger, ginger, potato, oil, milk powder, Cucumber and shampoo for Lucy(Roshni's pet dog).'

'Oh no di I really forgot regarding it let's go.'

'Okay meantime you both and Didi go and the required grocery items meanwhile I will look after the kids.'

They all left one by one. But Matu didi didn't leave the room because she understood why I told her to stop in my room and she wanted to answer me the reason for all this mess.

Meanwhile in Chatterjee Mansion's backyard garden:

The Chatterjee family women were sitting and the men and boys of the house have went to their offices.
The garden was build luxuriously. It had a sitting area for people a a side in that huge garden. It had comfy sofa for everyone to sit. I had pillows with each sofa. In the middle there was a small table in the middle with a flower vase. The maids used to change the flowers every week. The sitting area has shed on top so that no one have tan or sun stroke during summer days and no rain waters falling on anyone during rainy seasons. The area was decorated beautifully by placing hanging flower pots in the ceilings. The area has floor tills of red colour.
