"visiting hours were over an hour ago; you need to go; this is not a cheap motel," Karly said, coming in to check on Fantasia. Riley woke up.
"Of course, I'm sorry I just fell asleep. I will be on my way"

"you are sorry about everything. Sorry you don't have health insurance or money, sorry you're poor, sorry you snuck in here, sorry your mother got sick. Sorry you got one of the greatest doctors in this hospital, in so much trouble...you are just sorry you were ever born–"

"Hold on there, heifer, step on your break,e is; you ain't gonna lecture my daughter for saying sorry. It is not her fault shit got this worse for us, not her fault. Dr Henson is in trouble that's on you; you reported her; if you kept your big mouth shut, she wasn't gonna be in trouble, but you couldn't now, could you? Cause you know deep down you want her out of the way cause you jealous of her, all these people praising her left right and center and you feeling overshadowed because you are a great doctor too–"
Fantasia said and paused; Karly swallowed hard and looked down. Now Taraji was on the other side of the opened door, but they didn't see her because the door was only slightly opened.

"You are great, Dr Robertson; I am a result of that greatness; you woke me up from a deathbed; it was all you. Not Dr Henson, not Nurse Chase, but you. I think you might even be greater than Henson; you just need to stop being jealous of her and wait your turn; your turn is coming," Fantasia said; Karly smiled a little and lifted her eyes, and their eyes met.
"thank you, for saying that."
Fantasia nodded. "nothing but the truth" They looked at each other inappropriately.
Taraji walked in slowly. "I hope I'm not disturbing anything; I was here to check on the patient before I head home to my children, well everything looks okay; you look okay," Taraji said, knowing she might have interrupted a love-at-a-second glance scene.

"I'm okay Doc, thanks to Doctor Robertson!" Fantasia said smiling at Karly. Taraji was thinking
"What is going on here?"

"Oh great, of course, well, my time is up. Good night," Taraji said turning to leave. "Dr Henson," Riley said. Taraji turned faking a smile. "thank you so much!"
Hearing that from a teenager provoked tears from the back of her head, she couldn't understand why she was so emotional about everything, maybe the fact that she had a hearing coming up and the person she risked her career for didn't even have the decency to say "thank you Taraji" all she heard was her praising "Dr. Robertson".
That shit hurt like a knife stuck in her heart.
"I need a drink!" Taraji said and stormed out.

"She didn't look happy," Riley said, concerned. "She's alright. Usually, she looks worse than that, and she drinks more than usual, so what you just witnessed is a typical Dr Henson, moody as fuck" Karly said making Fantasia laugh,

What's horrible about that is that Taraji heard it while leaning her back on the other side of the door. She immediately marched away.

"Good you still here. I need you in OR 7. It's an emergency" Dr Summars said. "I'm done playing God for the day; I'm going home to play parent; my kids need me; you can find someone else for the patient, maybe Dr. Robertson the Great. Page her" Taraji said sarcastically.

"But we need Neuro, Dr Robertson is Cardio. Please Doc"

"Summers, you are a Neuro in training; go help the patient. Use everything I've taught you so far. Don't let the patient die, good night" Taraji said and walked away.

After Taraji Left.
The patient, Sky, was blabbering about dying on the operating table.

The next morning, Taraji felt bad for putting her crushed feelings before the patient in need. She locked herself in the office, feeling worse than how she had felt last night.

During lunch. Caren was worried about her and called her cousin, who's also her best friend, Dr Heaven Henson, a psychologist in a different department but in the same big hospital.
