Okay, this was getting boring. Traveling with a hot-headed guy was a thousand times worse than Y/N had thought, she didn't even have to turn her face to know that she was getting a look of pure hatred and resentment, and it was starting to bother her.

Can you believe it? Y/N Gojo was feeling UNCOMFORTABLE in someone's presence.

"Have you thought about stopping looking at me like I'm a piece of oni and focusing on the mission? I don't think it's very good for a person to hold that much hatred in their heart." She begins, joking about the situation and trying to lighten the mood of the grumpy Hashira. "You know, our hearts are very small, so I think it's more important to keep love in them than to hold a grudge." She adds, cracking a fake smile as she speeds up to stand in front of the boy, stopping face to face with him.

The white-haired Pillar stops in his tracks as well and glares at the young woman. "My heart is big enough to hold hate, I can hate many people." Sanemi replies in that naturally stressed voice of his and moves off to the side, returning to his walk and leaving a Gojo standing in the same place in silence for a moment, thinking about his words.

"Oh, okay, good for you."

And then she starts walking again, following behind the man as she rolls her eyes at his grumpy attitude, wondering if her sanity will remain stable until the end of this mission.

After walking for a few more hours, they both find themselves in a slightly misty forest as the atmosphere around them begins to darken. When the surroundings start to become dense, Y/N notices that her mission companion slows down his steps significantly so he isn't so many meters ahead of her, to the point where the two are walking almost side by side.

"Listen here Gojo." Her ears are greeted by the boy's voice calling her attention and the sorceress turns her gaze to him with a look of curiosity. "Don't you dare think about playing the heroine and going off on your own, I don't have the patience to chase after spoiled children." He mutters dismissively.

His comment provokes an equally irritated look from the woman as she stops in her tracks and glares at him. "Look, Shinazugawa or whatever your name is," she begins, her tone serious but with a hint of sarcasm, "I know you think you're Mr. Tough Guy, but I'm not a 'spoiled little child' who needs someone to tell me what to do."

Sanemi stopped as well, huffing angrily, his violet eyes shining with a mixture of frustration and impatience. "You're the rookie here and I'm the leader of this mission, there's nothing more to discuss." The Wind Pillar snaps back as he takes a threatening step towards her while his hand goes to the hilt of his sword. "And you will follow my orders, or the next thing you see will be the blade of my sword."

Y/N crossed her arms, tilting her head to the side, as if considering his words while turning her face away. "You know, you're funny," she said, a mischievous smile appearing on her lips, "But I'm not afraid of your thin little sword," she added with a growing smile, pointing mockingly at the boy, as if playing with his words. "Only someone with a sword much thicker and sturdier than yours... could do some damage to me."

Sanemi narrowed his eyes at the sorceress, the air around them both seeming to thicken with growing tension. He wasn't used to being challenged like this, and her provocation only inflamed his explosive temper even more. "You've got a way of talking that'll get on anyone's nerves, you know that?" he growled, taking another step forward.
