Taro and Kaito's relationship had reached new heights. They had overcome countless obstacles, and their love had only grown stronger.

But as they walked through the village, hand in hand, Taro's eyes widened in shock. There, standing in front of them, was a boy from his past.

Akira, the boy who had bullied him, who had made his life a living hell.

Taro's instincts told him to run, to hide. But Kaito's grip on his hand kept him grounded.

Akira's eyes narrowed, his voice sneering. "Well, well, well. Look what we have here."

Taro's heart pounded in his chest, his eyes flashing with anger. "Akira," he growled.

But to his surprise, Akira's expression softened. "Taro, I'm sorry," he said. "I was wrong to treat you the way I did."

Taro's eyes widened in shock, his mind reeling. "What do you mean?" he asked.

Akira took a deep breath, his voice sincere. "I was jealous of you, Taro. You were always so confident, so strong. And I was weak, afraid."

Taro's heart swelled with forgiveness, his eyes shining with tears. "I forgive you, Akira," he said.

And as they hugged, Kaito's eyes narrowed, his voice low and husky. "Don't think this means I'm going to go easy on you, Akira."

Akira smiled, his eyes sparkling with amusement. "I wouldn't have it any other way, Kaito."

As they walked away, Taro turned to Kaito with a smile. "I never thought I'd see the day," he said.

Kaito's eyes softened, his voice low and husky. "Life is full of surprises, Taro. But as long as we're together, I can face anything."
