Death can be a choice, as you ultimately decide when your time has come. But surrounding yourself with the wrong people can lead you to make poor decisions. Running away may seem like a way out, but it's not a true escape. It only leads to a constant feeling of being pursued, and the need to keep running until the end. As for me, I don't run away. I am the one who chases, lurking in the shadows and waiting for the right moment to strike from behind.

"Show yourself now, I'm not playing any games," he shouted with a trembling voice, gripping a gun tightly in his hand. He scanned the area, trying to locate me, but his efforts were in vain.

Slowly, I stepped out of the alleyway where I had been hiding, revealing myself to him. As soon as his eyes landed on me, he fired a shot, but it was not well-aimed, and I easily deflected it without breaking a sweat.

I will show no mercy and your blood will drip from my hands.

I approach him slowly, analyzing every move that might catch my attention. He's holding a Python 357 magnum revolver in his hands, aimed right at my head. I stop right in front of him, my heart racing with anticipation. The fear spreading inside his body is unmistakable, I can practically taste it in the air.

"It's you? I were planning on looking for you, but I guess with you being here, it'll go faster than I thought" he says with a smirk on his face. I can sense the excitement in his voice, as if he's been waiting for this moment for a long time. But little does he know, I'm not one to go down without a fight. I stand my ground and prepare for whatever comes next.

"Hows your day going?" I say with a sinister smile, stepping closer to him. His eyes widen with fear, and he takes a step back. I can see the panic in his eyes, and I revel in it. "Remember, you cannot escape," I whisper, my voice laced with malice.

"Please dont-"

"This isn't really what I asked, but whatever," I say, rolling my eyes. "Don't bother pleading. I am neither your friend nor your enemy. I will watch you until the end, and I never fail."

I grab my knife and throw it right in between his eyes. I honestly thought It would take more attacks to kill him.

"Sweet dreams, fucker. And tell the devil I said hey," I say as I walk towards the almost dead  body of my latest target. The satisfaction of completing another successful mission washes over me, but I know there will always be more work to be done. The world is filled with people like him, and I've made it my mission to rid it of their filth, one knife at a time.

Daniel O'Connor's dead body is now laying on the ground. His head just made me $20.000 richer. Whoever hired me to kill him, really wanted him dead. I only accepted this mission because he was on my list of the people I'm planning on destroying. Trading little girls for money is all just a joke to him. I'll keep killing the sinners.
