School shopping and commitments

Toms POV

Ive been hanging in LA for about two weeks and I've been waiting for the perfect time to ask Zendaya to be my girlfriend. We're kind of a thing but i don't want to rush her because i know she's thinking of multiple things. Like Isabella and the fact that we are celebrities. She seem more accepting to it now but it never seems to be a good time.Though i cant blame her she's a busy woman and a hard working single mom. Her plates always full. When the time is right i think I'll know. Anyways, like i said
she's a busy woman so I decided to help her out a bit. Isabella starts school in two days and Zendaya hasn't gotten to get school supplies yet so I told her I'd do it. Of course Z being Z she told me it was fine but I insisted. She's always working and i know she's tired . Plus i think bella needs a little time out of the house.

I came to the apartment to pick up Izzy. She never fails to bring a smile to my face. She's like my tiny best friend . Before i could even get a word in she excitedly tells me about her day thus far and how she got dressed all by herself.
"See Tom!! I dressed myself today,mommy said i did a good job."
"Yes u did bells, you look so cute!" I replied back with the same energy.

And with that we were off to target. Zendaya had already bought Isabella clothes . We were just here for actual school supplies, and a few leotards for gymnastics. While shopping we conversed about her expectations of her afternoon activities.
"So are you excited to start gymnastics and soccer?" I asked her .
"I am ... but im a little nervous, i don't wanna do bad." She replied sounding a little anxious.
"Izzy there is nothing to be worried about. You'll do great , your mom and i will be there to support you all the way and I'll even help you with gymnastics."
"Really??" Asked Isabella with wide eyes.
"Of course anything for my favorite little person"
With that we continued to shop and goof around . While we were having fun and in a great mood I decided to ask bella for permission to date her mom.
"Hey iz, i have a question for you, how would you feel if i asked your mommy to be my girlfriend?" I asked nervously.
Her eyes lit up with excitement , like shed been waiting for this moment forever.
" OF COURSE! I love you and you make my mommy happy."
"Really?" I ask genuinely.
"Yeah! You make me happy too"she replies giddily.
"Well let's go ask then!" I say as we head to the check out.

Two hours later..

"Hey mama! Can we go to the beach please ? I wanna watch the sun go down!" Izzy says .
"Ok babe, go put on a sweater outsides a little chilly." Zendaya replies.
Both Zendaya and Isabella head down the beach, Zendaya unknowingly head to Tom.
Isabella runs off to Tom , Leaving Zendaya confused.
She walks in their direction to see Isabella bringing her a bouquet of gardenia flowers. Tom holding a basket of her favorite snacks and a beautiful necklace.

"Zendaya , we've known each other on a personal level for a while now and it's been the best feeling ever. I want to continue to get to know you. I wanna be there for not only you but Isabella and give her the father figure she deserves. Will you be my girlfriend? I ask nervously.

She stands there for a few seconds thinking then smiles. 
"Yes! Of course i will." With a look of excitement for whats to come.

I bring her in for a sweet kiss and bella cheers excitedly in the background. After a few seconds we break the kiss to laugh at izzy. Zendaya kneels down to izzy's height and hugs her.
"Baby? Did you help plan this?" She asks with laughter bellowing in her voice.
"Yes mama! I helped!" Bella laughs out as she says.

A few days later...

Today is Isabella's first day of school and i cant believe im going to be apart of these important moments. I came to the condo today to help out because even though bella looks like an angel, she has her mom's attitude . Which means they waste time going back and forth. So im usually the mediator and also their time management.

"Bella this is the uniform you're wearing it"
"No im not! It's so boring and bland!"
" bella i cant leave your hair down today its way to hot!"
"MOMMMMMMMM! Ugh fine" both voices laced with attitude.
I stopped the breakfast preparation for minute to solve the issue.
"Bella listen to mama. You have to wear that uniform and you cant have your hair down , its too hot you're gonna regret it." I say.
She opens her arms wanted to be babied and i give in. She's my heart even if she has an attitude.
"Tommy.. i don't wanna" she whines.
"How about this afterschool well make a behavior chart and if you behave all week on the weekend well go do something you like!" I say trying to compromise.
Her whole mood changes and she gets down and get ready happily.

Zendaya mouths a thank you and i simply smile and head back to finish the breakfast.

She gets her way with the hair but the rest of the morning goes smoothly we eat breakfast,  take a few pictures and now it's time to drop bella off at school. Bella seems off and she really quiet in the back . Shes introverted like her mom but to with people she's comfortable with. "Baby whats wrong?" Zendaya asks
"Im scared.." she replies
"Baby theres nothing to be scared of , you're gonna meet your new teacher and make lots of friends ok?"
"Ok momma" bella say feeling a little better.
We drop her at the classroom and she begins to converse a little . We take that as our  que to leave. But as we walk away , bella runs in our direction and hugs her mom good bye . The reaches up for me to lift her. I don't know what is , but she loves to be in my arms but i don't mind either. She lays her head on shoulder and i rock her for a moment, hoping to get rid of that nervous feeling she has. The teacher starts to round up the kids to start class. I rest Isabella down to stand on her feet and i give her a final hug and kiss in the forehead , so does her mom. " well see you later bubba, your gonna do great ok?" I tell her she nods her head and heads to sit with the other kids .
