In the middle  of a stormy night in England , a lifeless infant lay nestled in a transparent glass box within the hospital walls. A  voice came crawling through the thin air, “We tried all efforts possible to rescue the child, but alas, she remains unresponsive to our treatments. she is  Abandoned by her parents, who left without accepting her body, the question comes up - who shall now claim this innocent soul? We cannot place a baby in the ice room.”

After a brief pause, the listener responded, “I think we must bury the body in our backyard. If you could complete the formalities, leave it to me.” As the nurses prepared to leave, a miraculous event unfolded - the sound of a baby's cry filled the room ! One of the nurse's hurried to bring the doctor, while another softly cradled the now crying baby in her arms, trying to soothe her feeble cries.

Suddenly, the weather outside became worse and increased ; heavy rain poured down. The more the thunder storm increased, the more baby's cries kept increasing. Overwhelmed, the nurse exclaimed, “Oh my good lord! What a mercy! What a miracle! This baby girl, who couldn't respond to any treatment, has come back to life! I believe this storm signifies her return for an important purpose. How can I express my gratitude to God for this extraordinary miracle?”

The doctor arrived, astonished by the baby's unexpected recovery, and placed her under careful observation. Upon attempting to reach the baby's parents, he received the heartbreaking news of their sudden death in an accident. Quickly, he called the nurses to his laboratory. Collecting the baby's medical records from his office, he hastened to the lab and shared the news of the parents' accident with the nurses.

Overwhelmed by the situation, one nurse lamented, “Oh, poor thing! It seems like a  sign for the child to endure such sorrow, losing her parents at this young age is truly devastating.” In response to the nurse's comment, the doctor inquired if any of the nurses were familiar with an orphanage.

The nurse who knew the orphanage well offered, “I know an orphanage that would be the best place for this poor orphan. Sara, you better go finish the formalities. I'll call the manager to receive her.” Sara, upon hearing this, nodded and proceeded with the task. Meanwhile, the doctor handed the reports to the receptionist and left. Shortly after, a representative from the orphanage arrived.

The nurse was filling some forms in the reception, as he came in, he added, “hello! I hope you've heard of Mr. Malik, and now it is him, im here to take the baby. " The nurse recognized him and handed over the necessary documents, allowing him to take the baby to the orphanage.

At the WCO (We Care Orphans) orphanage, Mr. Malik, often referred to as Father Mali, took the baby into their care. The orphanage was well-known, but the children there were afraid of him. The baby was given to a babysitter for nurturing and care for the next two years.

Reflecting on the baby's future, Mr. Malik expressed a desire for her to find a  home, noting her beauty and assuming he could make some profit using the baby out of greed for cash. He instructed a fat lady, one of the staff member to inquire if anyone was interested in adopting the baby girl.

He took off his glasses and glanced out the window, murmuring, “This storm is the beginning of something. But it doesn't show off,” before leaving. In the following months, the baby girl began to crawl, displaying her beauty as she explored her surroundings. Nobody yet came to adopt a baby girl, that resulted in disappointment to Malik, he kept the inquiries on. The nurse gently placed her in the cot, and then another nurse brought in a one-year-old baby boy who could walk but not speak. The first nurse, who had a soft spot for babies, picked him up and carried him in her arms, cuddling him.

As the nurses were called, she left him in the floor and went away closing the door behind, the baby boy peeped over the cot, smiling at the baby girl, she responded with a slight smile before drifting off to sleep even though she didn't understand things, but that was very random. Upon returning, the nurse was surprised by the incident and cuddled the baby boy and took him away. He kept staring at the baby girl until she vanished from his sight.

The nurse, accompanied by the fat lady, chuckled and shared, “If she was my daughter, I would have named her Jiya.” The fat lady responded, “I wish your wish could come true, but as it is said in this orphanage, they don't name any child. Some live their whole life here, while others are adopted by people, and i dont think old Malik is going to let her stay here for too long” before they exited the room.

The vendor in the town shouted angrily, “Oh my my! This mischievous child! She stole all my fruits!” and the vendor's wife intervened, saying, “Leave it. She's an orphan. Don't be harsh,” as she brought more fruits for the vendor. Running faster with her fruits, her lovely face and charming smile lit up the day for everyone. Some admired, “Such a beautiful girl. I wish she was my daughter,” while others remarked, “What a pretty orphan,” as she passed by.

Arriving at her orphanage, she greeted old Malik with a cheerful “good morning” and hurried to her room. Inside, her nurse was knitting a frock seated by the fireplace, and the girl presented the fruits, bringing joy to the nurse. They shared the fruits with everyone, exchanging wishes for a “Happy new year.” The atmosphere was filled with happiness and warmth that day.

The young girl, Jiya, expressed, “Reema, it's the 5th year in my beautiful life. I am excited for my birthday.” Reema, her nurse, lovingly replied, “My beautiful Jiya's everyday is a birthday.” Jiya shared her fear, “Hmm. But I'm scared. What if someone adopts me!? I'll trouble them a lot that they'll bring me back here,” followed by a hearty laugh. Suddenly, Mr. Malik entered and scolded, “Shut up! How mannerless you are! You should not laugh so demonly. It's ugly for a girl.

What would people say about us? That this orphanage doesn't teach manners for girls? Think about our reputation.” He then turned to Reema, instructing her, “ teach this girl some manners Reema! The vendor came shouting so loudly at me blaming her for stealing his fruits in a blink of an eye, control her! ” and he left. Reema, after a stern look at Jiya, calmly advised her on honesty and respect. Jiya apologized and rectified her mistake by returning to the vendor's shop, apologizing and offering a fruit. The vendor, pleased by her gesture, enjoyed the fruit.
