On the last day of term, Percy and Grover were waiting for me outside of Yancy. After many long months of being separated from my cousin, Drew, I was ready to pack my bags and spend the summer in the city with her.

Percy spotted me running out of the building, taking two steps at a time. I accidentally tripped on one of the steps, and I would have fallen flat on my face if Percy hadn't caught me.

"You okay, Phee?" Percy asked.

I nodded. "Yeah. I'm fine."

"Awww, you guys are so cute together!" a feminine voice said from behind.

Percy turned his head and I looked over Percy to see who it was. It was Drew. Her pink highlights complimented her black hair nicely. She had her pink Converse sneakers with the heart embroidery on and a white dress with a pink cardigan. She had pink lollipop earrings and many pretty necklaces. Her heart nails was covering her mouth, probably from laughing at the "cute" display in front of her. We looked alike, same long, slightly wavy black hair and a lot of the same features. The only differences is that I'm slightly taller and have a few more piercings in my ears than Drew.

Percy instantly let go, his cheeks turning a little pink, probably at the thought of us being a couple. Even though we're just best friends, a lot of people mistake us as a couple because we're really close.

"Drew!" I shouted happily, running to give her a big hug. She smiled, returning my hug.

"Hey, Ophelia. I missed you, too."

I turned around. Grover's cheeks were slightly pink, probably from Drew. It was normal. For a twelve year old, she was pretty for her age. A lot of boys our age were attracted to her.

"Grover, this is my cousin, Drew. Drew, this is Grover." I said, introducing the two.

Drew smiled, making Grover's cheeks redden slightly. "Hi, Ophelia's told me a lot about you." She held out her hand and Grover shook it.

The four of us were taking the same Greyhound. Five minutes later, the bus arrived and we all got on.

During the ride, Grover kept glancing nervously at the aisle, watching the other passengers. "Is he waiting for someone?" Drew whispered to me when she saw Grover looking at the aisle.

I shrugged. "I don't know."

"Looking for Kindly Ones?" Percy asked, sarcastically. I elbowed him hard in the ribs.

Grover nearly jumped in his seat as Drew asked "What's a Kindly One?"

"Wha-what do you mean?" Grover asked, his voice nervous.

Percy confessed about the eavesdropping the night before the exam and Drew was confused, due to not being at Yancy with us.

"Look, Percy, Ophelia...I was worried for you two. I mean hallucinating about demon math teachers...And I was telling Mr. Brunner that maybe you two were overstressed or something, because there was no such person as Mrs. Dodds, and..."

"Grover, you're a really bad liar." I said bluntly.

Grover's ears turned pink and he fished out a grubby business card from his shirt. "Just take this, okay? In case you two need me this summer."
