P̶e̶o̶p̶l̶e̶'̶s̶ ̶P̶e̶r̶s̶p̶e̶c̶t̶i̶v̶e̶

If a person is a graphic designer and wants to j̶o̶i̶n̶ a graphic-centric community, we will add them to the graphic design wing, to a specific division.

This m̶e̶a̶n̶s̶ they will become part of one of the communities in that division. Division assigning will be do̶ne by the U+ management according to the members in each community and the need to fill a role.

This approach effectively increases community participation and encourages sign-ups for projects published by communities within the wing.

Additionally, individuals who apply will gain more fol̶l̶o̶w̶ers and rec̶o̶g̶n̶i̶tion because Unique+ is a multi-community collaboration project.

EACH ROLE EXPLAINED ::

CEO :
CEO is the authoritative person that will take decisions based on everyone's feedback and requests - members will have a right to question the CEO’s decision if they think that it is harmful to a set number of people or opinions.

Board of directors :
Board of directors are a set number of people [founders] that take a decision and send it further to the CEO to announce a change in the system/opinion.

Managers :
Managers will manage the issues around the servers and keep everything running smoothly. They will take care of small issues that do not need a high authoritative level of action. There will be 1 manager appointed  per division and 1 head manager who will be the manager of the entire wing.

Action team :
Action team is a team which the Managers will use to solve an issue. This team will contain a set of problem solvers that will understand the issue and solve it in no time. There will be 2 members from the action team appointed to each community.

U+ ambassadors :
These people will stay in the server and take care of all the U+ activities that are supposed to be hosted in a server. [more on their duties will be mentioned in the U+ ambassador handbook]

EACH ROLE WILL HAVE A HANDBOOK ON THEIR DUTIES AND MORE INFO
Example issue ::

Imagine that community X has encountered a plagiarism issue with community Y.

𐂯 Step 1 of solving a problem - The U+ ambassador in community X will talk to the U+ ambassador of community Y. If Community Y is not part of U+, then Community's U+ ambassador will talk to the founder of that community and try to understand the situation in more detail while solving the issue.

𐂯 Step 2 - If the issue is not solved by the U+ ambassador then the report made by the ambassador can be sent to Managers, who will then use the action team to gather evidence and get more information on the situation while trying to solve the issue.

𐂯 Step 3 - If the issue is increasing and cannot be solved by managers anymore, then, it will be escalated to higher authorities - in this case, the CEO - The CEO will then take higher action after discussing the issue with the board of directors and implement the decision.

This is an effective way of solving a problem without making the issue bigger to begin with.
