Beam

Chapter 3

Present Day

Phana and Kits are doctors now. Phana is neurologist and Kit is a pediatric. Ming is working in his dad company and Wayo is doing Masters.

Beam was in his thoughts. Wayo got a call from his dad informing him about his aunt's death.

Wayo informed Beam and others. He made sure bodyguards and maids were there to keep an watch on Beam.

Beam felt his mobile vibrate. He looked into it and  his breath became heavy.

It's his love's message asking him to meet at Cafe Time in an hour. Beam immediately replied "Ok love" with a smile.

He knows that everyone will be against of him meeting Forth. Its been 2 years he will leave the house. But its his love calling him.

He acted to be asleep and told everyone to let him sleep. He escaped from balcony to meet Forth. He reached the cafe 15 mins before.

Cafe Time owner recognised Beam. Beam and Forth used to come there for their date when they were going out. He greeted Beam.

"Hello Beam. How are you?" Owner asked

"I am fine Phi" Beam said. Beam is anxious and suddenly feeling heavy with many people around.

Owner did not get much response Beam. So he left from there.

Beam is anxiously waiting for Forth and continuously looking at the door for his love to enter.

And it took 5 mins, he saw Forth enter. He felt his eyes watered and swipe away tears before forth could see. He smiled at Forth and love in his eyes.

Forth looked the same. Its been 2 years already. He missed Forth a lot. Words could not express his joy

Forth saw beam sitting and walked towards him.

"He looks different. Lost weight and eye bags. May be duty to his shifts in hospital" Forth thought 

"Hi Beam" Forth said

"Hi Forthie" Beam said

Forth was stunned for a second and didn't say anything.

Noone was talking anything. Forth thought to initiate the chat and get done everything quickly. He has an appointment.

"Beam, i know things did not end up well. But its past. We both moved on." Forth said

Beam mind is full of emotions. He tried to say something like that day but no words came out.

Forth gave Beam a card. Beam just looked at it and looked at Forth again.

"Beam, i am getting married. After everything happened, it got busy with work but met my fiance Win. I fell in love with him. We are getting married next week. I hope you come to the wedding. Win wants to meet you too. And especially mom. She still missed you" Forth said smiling. Not aware of what happening with Beam.

There was a time, Forth's used to know everything about Beam. Not now :(

Forth was getting late. He has an appointment with Win.

"I am getting late Beam. I willl see you in wedding. Bye" :)

Forth left forever.
