Another day and another admiring view infront of Shivansh...
He saw Riddhima standing outside in the balcony lost in her thoughts..

He slowly went and sneaked his hands on her waist...
She leaned back on him and relaxed.
He turned her around by her shoulders and asked her, "What happened Riddhima? What are you thinking?"
She nodded her head in no and said, "Nothing Shivansh Ji just the court hearing."
He sighed and said, "Dont worry, just speak out the truth hmm."

She nodded and they both left hand in hand

Time Skip To After Breakfast.

They all left for the court..
Riddhima, Shivansh, Sonali, Vinay, Samar and Disha were seated on one side and Ishani, Kanishk and Nandini were seated on the other side.
Shivansh was rubbing Riddhima's back as she was breathing heavily..
Soon the judge came and hearing started..
Riddhima's lawyer called her in the witness box.
He asked her, "Ms Riddhima Kapoor, please tell us about your past."
She looked at Shivansh who nodded and mouthed "Dont worry and speak out the truth"
She took a deep breath and started
"When I was 18, my real mom and dad and me, we all were going for a road trip but mid-way suddenly a truck collided with our car which made my mom and dad die instantly but i was saved as i was sitting at the backseat..
I was unconscious..
When i woke up I was in the hospital and i got the news saying that My mom and dad had died and my Chacha Chachi, who claim to be my mom and dad adopted me...
They took this as an advantage as I had all thw company under my name and they wanted it so that they could instantly put it into loss..
They told me about it but i instantly denied because i knew their intentions...
After i denied, they started beating me for small small things...
When i came into college, i lied to them saying that my college goes on until 10 but the actual truth was that i used to study until 1 and the rest of the time i used to be in the company...
I worked my level best and made my company one the best ones in executing Designing and planning...
They were trying their best to get the company in their name but i didnt even bulge a bit..
Thats when the worst thing of my life happened...
I was home and my Cousin that is my bua's son came to stay at my house...
I was studying when he barged in and he was not in his senses..
That's when he r-raped me...
Kanishk bhaiya heard me screaming and barged into my room but the damage was already done. He hit mercilessly and kicked him out of the house. Thats when he stopped fearing from my so-called parents...
Ishani and Kanishk bhaiya were my cousins cum real siblings....
After all of this i was used to being called names and being taunted.. But Kanishk Bhaiya took care of it.. He is more like a father to me and Nandini Bhabhi like a mother. They took care of me alot...
After this, still they wanted the company but i was keen on my decision.. I didn't sign anything due to my stubbornness they planned so many accidents but my saviour was with me.. My Kanishk bhai saved me everytime...
And now i have all the proofs against them..
Whatever they have done to me is in this pendrive..
From starting i had hidden cameras and recorded each and every abuse they did to me...
One more thing that i hid from everyone was that, after the accident i had lost all my memories but afterwardsi had another accidentin which i got all my memories back but i had acted thati didnt get my memories back. .. I also figured out 1 thing that my so-called father had paid my cousin to rape me.."
The lawyer sent Riddhima back to her seat and then called Kanishk to the witness box
He asked Kanishk, "Mr Kapoor, what would you like to say in this matter?"
Kanishk replied, "My sister is innocent, whatever she just said is the actual truth, my dad is a really greedy person he was always jealous of my chachu, he was a really hard working, he was perfect in everything. Soon he was declared as the CEO which my dad could not digest. He was the one to plan the accident which led to the death of my chacha and chachi. Since they died i have seen my mom and dad hit Riddhima for small small things like once she forgot to off the heater and my mom hit her with the belt badly and kept her starving for 4 days due to which she fainted many times.. My sister has faced a lot because of these monsters. I would request the court to give them the worst punishment possible."
He left the witness box and went to Riddhima and caressed her hairs..
