Some cursing

What's it like to be living with the man you love, the perfect place of living, and especially all this after one awful living hell? Liam could answer that, and all he can say is, it's pure bliss. Right at that moment, Liam felt like..everything was perfect. He didn't need to move, he didn't need to say anything, he was perfectly fine, right where he was. Where exactly? Why, in the center of his bed, of course. It was all still hard to believe, it's been a year since Bryce proposed to him, and they've been a happy married couple ever since that fateful night. But to him, nothing mattered right now. Because all he could feel at this moment, was pure bliss.

Liam was currently still half-asleep, sprawled out in the middle, the comfiest spot to him, the blanket covering every bit of him, except for his head. He felt the perfect amount of warmth over his body, no need to move. Why did it always seem like when you woke up, the blankets were at the best temperature to sleep in? You never wanted to get up, maybe stay for a few more minutes, or another hour. He exhaled as he turned his head a little, smiling a bit. Bryce was sadly not there, as he was in the kitchen, which would have made this feel even more euphoric than it already was. But of course, not everything can be perfect. Speaking of that, eventually the one issue soon arose, something that would interrupt this calming feeling.

Liam could feel his stomach rumbling. Oh yeah, he was hungry, that was obvious. But he didn't want to get up, he felt so comfy right now. He had to get up sooner or later, cursing himself in his head. He soon heard footsteps, approaching the bedroom, getting louder and louder, till the door opened. Soon enough, he could hear and feel someone sit on the bed, a hand gently stroked his hair. "Liam..", the soft familiar tone of Bryce hit him, as he slowly opened his eyes, towards the redhead. The smile he had instantly made him feel all melty inside. "Hey hon...I've made breakfast, c'mon.", Bryce said, patting his hair. Even though he really wanted to, sleepiness unfortunately overtook him once again. He sighed, turning his head, closing his eyes. "Ugh..can't...I'm too comfy..", he muttered. Bryce rolled his eyes, getting up. "Alright then, I guess I'll just eat your breakfast so it doesn't go to waste. I made your favorite by the way, pancakes.", he said with a smirk. Suddenly, being comfy was not an option anymore, as Liam jolted up, wide awake. "You wouldn't dare!", he scowled.

"You know I would. Now get your lazy ass out of bed, and let's go eat!" Liam rolled his eyes, sliding off the edge and standing up. "Fine.", he mumbled, though in a faux tone. Bryce took his hand as they left the bedroom, to the kitchen. Sure enough, there were pancakes sitting at the table, plus some coffee and berries. Liam sat down first, already grabbing the fork and reaching for his, as Bryce chuckled, sitting down, taking a sip of his coffee. Shoving the food, into his mouth, Liam also reached for his cup of coffee, gulping it down. Bryce scoffed, shaking his head. "What are you, a five year old?", he joked. Liam gave him a look, although jokingly, and set his mug down. "What? I'm just enjoying my favorites, made by my husband. You make really good pancakes by the way." Bryce smiled, resting one of his cheeks on his hand. "Thanks. I try."

Bryce soon started working through his, pretty much slower than Liam. Speaking of which, the latter finished his stuff on the spot, already putting it in the sink. Bryce glanced down at the bowl of berries, rolling his eyes. "Hey, love.", he called, and Liam turned to him. "I didn't put these fruits here as a decoration. Come on, eat some!" Liam smirked, crossing his arms. "Kinda rude, Bryce." Rolling his eyes once more, Bryce sighed. "Please?" Liam soon came back over, sitting down. "Much better.", he said with a smile. Taking a few of them in his hand, he scooped them into his mouth. Bryce soon finished his, taking it to the sink, then coming back over to the table, taking a few berries himself. Suddenly, Liam had this look, and Bryce swore he could almost see his eyes light up.

"Bryce, I just had a fantastic idea!" Bryce raised an eyebrow. "Well, lay it on me. I'm listening." Liam clasped his hands together, smiling, and standing up a bit. "Okay okay...what if you were to throw these berries into my mouth, like it was some sort of little game?", he asked. Bryce looked at him funny. "That's it? Hon, I love you, but that's just dumb." Liam huffed. "Aw c'mon, honey! It'll be great!" "You know, you've done lots of weird and crazy shit, but I seriously can't tell if this is the most ridiculous.", Bryce said, shaking his head. "Bryce, I literally dip my fries in milkshakes, what's your excuse?" The redhead blinked, before shrugging. "Fair enough. Fine, I'll do your stupid little game." Liam smiled, as he sat back down, resting his chin on his hands. Bryce moved the bowl towards him, taking one out. "You still sure you really wanna do this?", he asked.

Liam nodded. "Of course! Ready when you are!" And with that, he opened his mouth wide with a small "ahhh~", and closed his eyes, ready for the impact. Bryce sighed, but smiled as he threw the berry, it of course missing. "Hold on.", he took another, throwing it and missing again. "Dammit..", he mumbled, taking another one. Oddly enough, he was starting to get a bit hooked on this game, feeling compelled to at least score one or two. He threw some more, one finally landing in Liam's mouth. He closed it momentarily to chew, smiling at Bryce. "You did it!", he applauded. "Heh, alright you know what, I guess I can do a few more." "Have at it, then!" For the next couple of minutes, it was just Bryce throwing berries at Liam, either scoring or missing. He managed to get more points though, until one of the berries he'd thrown was a little too hard, smacking right into the back of Liam's throat, causing him to gag.

"Oh shit..!", Bryce exclaimed quietly, as he got up and over to his slightly choking husband. He started to strike Liam's back, until the other stopped, panting a little. "Are you okay, love?", Bryce asked with concern. "Yeah..I'm good..I uh..think we should stop.", Liam said, looking up. "Took the words outta my damn mouth. Alright, let's just..go see what's on TV.." Liam nodded, and the two left the kitchen.
