Few Days Later
Princeton's POV
"You know you didn't have to come with me right?" I asked Johnny as we were in the car. "I know but I you've also told me how it is when it comes to dealing with your parents and I didn't want you to have to go through that alone." he said to me.
"You're saying that now but when you meet them you're going to wish that you never came with me." I said to him. "That's going to be up to me to decide and I don't feel like I will feel that way." he said to me.
"You have really high hopes for yourself when it comes to my parents." I said to him. "I'm just getting ready for what you say is going to be a horrible weekend." he said to me. "I'll just let you see when we get there." I said to him.
"I will." he said to me. "But Princeton you never told me why you haven't been to work this entire week." he said to me. "I just needed a mental break." I lied to him. "Are you sure?" he asked me.
"Yes I'm sure." I said to him. "So it doesn't have anything to do with the fact that Jaehyun fired you." he said to me. "How did you find out?" I asked him. "I went to the company and saw how Jaehyun had a new assistant." he said to me.
And I didn't say anything. "But what I'm trying to figure out is why didn't you tell me that you got fired." he said to me. "Because I didn't want to ruin your friendship with Jaehyun by telling you why I got fired." I said to him.
"Tell me and I'll determine if it will ruin our friendship." he said to me and I took a breath. "He wanted to have sex and I told him and told him how I didn't want to hurt you or hurt Lisa more than what she already knows and when I told him we should just be friends he fired me." I said to him.
And I waited on him to say something because he just got really quiet. "How long did it take you to tell him you didn't want to have sex?" he asked me. "He was kissing me and he had his hands in my pants but I promise you that we didn't go further than that." I said to him.
"I'm not mad and it didn't ruin our friendship but I'll just talk to him." he said to me. "Please don't talk to him because I don't want things to get worse." I said to him. "He tried to have sex with you knowing that me and you are a thing and then fires you because of it and you don't want me to talk to him." he said to me.
"I know what all he did but I really don't want things to get worse so please for me just leave it alone." I said to him. "Fine I'll leave it alone." he said to me. "Thank you." I said to him.
"But what are you doing since you don't have a job?" he asked me. "I've been applying everywhere but it's hard seeing as I'm not getting any call backs from anyone." I said to him. "Then work for me." he said to me.
"Johnny no." I said to him. "Why not?" he asked me. "Because I don't want you to just hand me a job I actually want to work for things instead of just getting things handed to me." I said to him.
"But I'm trying to help you." he said to me. "I know but I just don't want you to hand it to me." I said to him. "What if I give you an interview?" he asked me. "If I get the interview then yes." I said to him.
"Okay then what's your name?" he asked me. And there's no way he was doing this interview now. "Princeton." I said to him. "You're hired." he said to me. "Johnny." I said to him. "You said if you did an interview you would take the job." he said to me.
"You asking me my name isn't an interview especially since you already knew it." I said to him. "You never said it had to be an actual interview just an interview." he said to me. "I really don't want to just take the job from you." I said to him.
"You don't have a choice I want you to have the job so take it." he said to me. "Fine but what am I even going to be doing you have two companies." I said to him. "You would be my assistant for my clothing company and if you want you can work at the car company to as a second boss for me." he said to me.
