Nikki's POV:
I walked over to my window once again and looked at the sun. Then the Earth went black. Temperatures dropped, and panic spread throughout the world.
And Cameron told me I was wrong. But I was right. The sun did die. Only he didn't believe it."Cameron!! I shouted to him. "The sun....I...I..." Tears filled my eyes. My dream was right, only I just figured out that I could tell the future. Cameron held me in his arms and turned on the news.
The headlines were buzzing about the sun and what not, "It was real!" Tears came out of my eyes. He quickly gets a cloth and dries them up, taken captive by the bright tv. "This is the new norm," he said under his breath.
I looked at Cameron with a scared look on my face. "I-I.....I don't want this to be the norm, though..." I cried, trembling in fear.
Cameron’s POV:
I wrapped my arm around Nikki’s shoulder and pulled her into a tight hug. She began to weep uncontrollably as she laid her head on my shoulder.
“N-Nikki…it’ll be okay," I reassured her, trying to hold myself together the best I could without bawling my eyes out in front of Nikki. I don't know if it'll all be okay. I just don't want Nikki to freak out. It pains me to see her in this state.
