"Hey, where are you? i've been waiting here for like ever!" you complained to your best friend Tanya over the phone.
"I'm on my way, gosh would you calm down," she laughed "i met this guy he's soooo hot... you mind if he tags along?" She asked cheekily.
"Yeah, sure whatever... just no funny business around me. Oh and HURRY UP!" you yelled back before hanging up.
Your POV.
"Ugh" i sighed as i slinked down against the outside wall of the bar. i've been waiting here for at least 45 minutes and my best friend and her new 'mystery man' are nowhere to be seen, i look around curiously as i play with the rips in my jeans. "Hey, over here!" I look over and see Tanya, I stand up making my way over to her and give her a hug. "It's so good to see you, I missed you sooo much" I said as I squeezed her tightly. "And you must be..." I reach my hand out to shake his own. "Ah yes, Toby, my apologies." the tall man said in a deep British accent, "Pleasure to meet you Toby, My name is Sara." He simply hummed in response looking me up and down, I let go of his hand after what seemed like minutes, awkwardly avoiding eye contact. Tanya was right he is good looking, I shake the heat previously creeping up on my skin and continue on into the bar, Tanya and Toby following close behind. The three of us sit down and I try to get comfortable on the wobbly bar stool, the bartender approaches and each of us orders our first drink. Tanya of course orders a shot of fireball, the drink reminds me of her boisterous yet mysterious personality and heart of fire, Toby goes straight for whiskey, and I have a shot of tequila. The night goes on for what seems like forever and we have more drinks, sing, dance, everyone was having a great time. I walk away from Toby and Tanya and make my way towards the bathroom, the dimly lit stall eases my headache slightly and I just sit there and relax for a few minutes, taking a few deep breaths. As I make my way back from the bathroom a large man steps in front of me, "Well, well, well, I haven't seen you around here before...you're a pretty little thing aren't you?" I started to retreat, feeling my back hit the cold wall of the bar behind me I look for a way out but the man keeps on moving towards me, "Please, leave me alone. I- i'm not looking for any trouble" I stammered as the distance between the man and I slowly shrank into nothing.A/N: This is my first time writing and publishing I'm extremely nervous.
