(Anthony and Ninten are seen getting further into Brainiac's ship after defeating Salem, All For One, Ophis and Squall. As they are about to reach the main room, both suddenly stop as they look up and see Doctor Doom hovering above them as he lands on his feet.)
Dr. Doom: Anthony Kennedy, descendant of Kratos... Ninten Law, also known as 64... now you face your DOOM!
(Doctor Doom launches a blast, but both of them dodge as Anthony tries to punch him, but he dodges his attacks until he manages to hit him. Doctor Doom retaliates with a blast that blows him through the ship, but he uses his Blades of Chaos to support himself. Ninten uses his sword and tries his luck, but Doom dodges his attacks as well.)
Ninten: You can't win this, Doctor Doom! Surrender!
Dr. Doom: Doom does not surrender!
Ninten: So be it!
(Ninten tries to strike Doctor Doom, who uses a force field to block his attacks, and then he blasts the hero. Anthony returns to the battlefield, and pulls out a bow to shoot some arrows. Unfortunately, Doctor Doom uses his powers to turn them at Ninten, who dodges them as he transforms into Luigi, and shoots a fireball at Doom, only hitting the force field. Suddenly Anthony wraps the Blades of Chaos around Doom, who uses electricity. Anthony pulls Doctor Doom to him, only for the latter to headbutt him and throw him to the wall. He then blasts Ninten away again, and Anthony tries to launch some thunder at him, but gets hit by a beam, and pulled back to Doom as Ninten tries to attack, only to be shoved aside.)
Dr. Doom: No Godlike power is match for Doom.
(Suddenly Anthony breaks free from Doctor Doom's attack, and they have a brief clash as they fly up until Doctor Doom blows him down. As he is about to strike a final blow, Athony gets up, and launches Leviathan's Axe at him, and it hits one of his arms. Anthony then jumps and tackles Doom as they crash into the battlefield.)
Dr. Doom: What did I just say? Your power is no match for DOOM!
(Doctor Doom blasts Anthony, who then uses his Blades of Chaos to slash Doctor Doom's armor before charging at him and grabbing his neck as he throws him into a wall before a Beta comes in as Anthony grabs it and throws it at Doom, knocking him out cold.)
Anthony: This won't kill you, but this ship's destruction will!
(Suddenly a tendril stabs Doctor Doom's heart and throws him away. Brainiac finally shows up.)
Brainiac: I can see not even Doctor Doom was match for you, Anthony Kennedy. But it doesn't matter. In time, the entire universe will adhere to my design.
Anthony: Unless I stop you!
Brainiac: I offer nothing less than deliverance, Your environment is poisoned, your civilization has exhausted its resources. The Earth's decline cannot be reversed.
Anthony: Humans are not as simple as you claim, Brainiac.
(Anthony charges at Brainiac, and starts attacking the Coluan, who parries each of his punches and kicks. He then uses his tendril to grab Anthony's neck, and then throw him aside. But Anthony gets up and charges at Brainiac again as he double-axes him to the ground.)
Brainiac: Earth's time is up.
Anthony: Who decided that?
Brainiac: I match your strength! YOU cannot match my intellect! You are only one of which I have killed BILLIONS!
(Brainiac launches his tendril at Anthony, who grabs it and with much effort, stabs the Coluan's stomach with his Blades of Chaos as he cuts off the tendrils, break his right arm, and starts slamming his head into the wall. As Brainiac tries to counter, Anthonu stabs the remaining tendrils before stabbing him in the stomach with the cut tendril.)
Anthony: This is the end, Brainiac.
(Meanwhile, Ninten is seen using his gaming skills to hack Brainiac's ship as it restores all of Earth's cities that Brainiac had collected.)
(Some minutes later, Anthony and Ninten descend from the skies as the people start cheering for them. The world is finally saved.)
