Macy didn't wanna chase again, atleast she didn't think she did. The adrenaline rush was behind her, she was an idiot last time it happened. Storm sense or not, to hell with chasing. Atleast, until Javi reached out.
Suddenly she was on a plane, and suddenly she was pulling up to a massive weather station, people in perfect white polos with "storm par" and its apparent logo embroidered into it as Javier walked up to greet her. Maybe this was it, she was finally stupid enough to chase again.

"Macy! Glad you changed your mind, it's gonna be a good day out there I just know it." Javier said, giving a small jerk of his head signaling her to follow him. As she picked up the pace for a few strides she finally was walking beside him, constantly checking her habit of walking too fast back to stay beside him. Everything was... well busy. A team of people in uniform, she stuck out like a sore thumb. Wrangler jeans, black tank top, hey dudes? She barely cared, she had an excuse to get off of work.

She stopped infront of the group as Javier walked slightly infront of her, than, her eyes landed on someone. "Kate?" She muttered, brown furrowing at the sight of the girl. Dressed nice, typical office attire she guessed, matching tan jacket and pants, white shirt, slim black belt, yup that was her Kate. Kate just walked towards her without a word, the two embracing for a moment that was long over do. Kate broke the hug, finally speaking up, "I missed you Macy,"

"Geez Kate- I missed you to, where have you been all these years?!" Macy sorta blurted out to Kate as she just chuckled before she said anything, "Been out in South Dakota teaching College Courses, not very flashy but it gets payed."

Macy sighed a bit, "Boy do I understand that," she mumbled, brushing back wispy strands of her blonde hair out of her face. Javier finally walked up to the two of them.  The three just stood there for a moment, the same thing probably flashing through off of their minds, this was like old times. Old times in a good way yes, but a creeping memory of that day replayed to all of them but their tried to ignore it. Well, ignore it as much as a person can really.

"Anyways- Macy how did Javi get you to come out here?" Kate said with her usual smile, before Javier's cleared his throat and tried to get his word in, "Well just a little bit of coax-"

    "Manipulation," Macy shrugged

     "Coaxing,"
     "Manipulation
     "Coaxing."
     "Manipu-"

"Well I'm glad you came! We could use your instinct out here." Kate interjected before the two truly began to argue like children. She was always the mediator, and decently good at it in her own point of view. Macy just smiled a bit, "Good to be out of an office and back here with you guys."

Javier shifted the clip board he was holding, adjusting the sleeve of that stupid perfect white-as-snow polo shirt. "I should introduce you to the rest of the crew Macy," He said as he began to walk, Macy and Kate following suit though, it seemed like Kate had already met them.  "We've got minds from Harvard, Cal tech, and Columbia, masters in their fields."  Javier's said as he gestured to the lined up group, introducing them by name before he got to a man. Scott, tall, pale man with dark hair.

"Then we've got my assistant Scott, bless his heart he went to MIT, but what he lack in Colleges he makes up in with his amazing personality," Javier's joked with a hand on the man's shoulder as he flashes possibly the most in-genuine smile Macy had ever laid eyes on. Impressive! Considering she'd been bored in New York for the last five years. Something was off with him, Macy just felt it. She tried to shake it off though, maybe he was just having a stressful day, she didn't wanna judge him based off of it.

But he really, REALLY gives off a bad vibe. No! Ignore it! Macy blinked herself back to reality before flashing him a polite smile and a nod.

"And guys, you've all heard of Macy, she's got a storm sense like no others. She's the ticket to a great set up, now, she's only given us a week so this is gonna be the wildest storm week of your lives! Be ready," Javier began to ramble slightly as Macy just glanced over at Kate, she only nodded her head slightly to one side, her own way of saying 'just let him do it.' MmA nod that Macy was allll too familiar with from days and days on the road that definitely would cause tension and arguments that she, ofcourse, nearly always resolved bless her.

As Macy scanned the surroundings silently she was snapped out of her thoughts by loud country music blaring, as a small parade of cars pulled into the yard, following by people who must've been no less than adoring fans. A dusty red dodge ram with some clear modifications on it. Hey this song is kinda good-

"Who is that?" Kate said slightly loudly, drowned by the music playing before Javier began to speak in a clearly annoying tone. "That's Tyler Owen's, him and his crew are chaser outta Arkansas."

"Hill Billy's with with a YouTube channel." Scott added in a flat, irritated voice.  Macys eyes flicked over to the blonde man standing on the side bars of the truck, even though she couldn't hear his voice he could tell he had an air egotistical attitude around him with maybe a sprinkle of 'I'm an asshole' in there. His pearl snap was almost the same dusty red color as the stupid truck, and a cowboy hat that she had a feeling he got from a tractor supply. He stood talking as people crowded around him and he was recorded by a man with curly dark brown hair and a bandana on his head, his hair cut really reminded her of a younger Javi.

"So what's the mean for us?" Macy said with a slightly furrowed brow.

"Means our worlds going to shit," Scott piped up, before Javier immediately stepped in, "Now now, don't be pessimistic, just means we've gotta stay ahead of them."

Kate grabbed a weather radar from Javier, eyes scanning over it slowly. Macy just stood, a tad anxious, but not a complete wreak justtt yet. Kate paused, before looking towards and then at the radar again.

"Okay Macy go check East and West, there's two storms brewing. More Caps in the west but the east maybe give us better odds." She said, siding her hand as a visor as she gazed into the grey clouds off in the distance.

Macy walked over to the edge of the lot, gazing at the sky quietly as Kate and Javier watched her. Javier noticing that Tyler is walking up to her, her back was turned so she couldn't see him at this point. Javier certainly could though.

"What's he trying at?" Javier said with a small swallow, looking over to Kate, "Not sure... just, let her handle herself."

Am I really ready for this? Can I do this? Maybe this was a mistake. Macy's mind raced as she looked off into the distance, bending down and grabbing a dainty white dandelion, and softly crumbling it as she watched the stems drift away in the breeze. Before her thoughts, and little did she know her entire life as she knew it changed. With the sound of a southern, overconfident twang.

"I used to do that to yknow,"
