"Confronting the queen of hearts is crazier than facing death itself. . ."

No one's POV:

Off the daughter of Pan and Merryweather and the son of the big bad wolf, on their way to save more prisoners who need their help. The two of them ran up the stairs, the same stairs that Mal, Evie, and Uma went up and found Hailey. They made it up the stairs and found Hailey's cell, but it wasn't just a cell. There was a hallway that led to. . .somewhere.

The hallway was pretty dark to see. There were no lights attached to the walls. It was nothing but pitch black, both Amber and Virgil exchange looks, then Amber smiled playfully as she was ready for anything.

"You scared?" Amber asked with a smile as her bottle necklaces filled with fairy dusts inside. It started to glow brightly as ever. It was very beautiful to see, but Virgil thought Amber was more beautiful than the fairy dust. Just everything about her was so perfect in his eyes.

Virgil smiled back as he stared into her eyes.

"No way! Race you!" Virgil said and challenged.

Amber's expression turns into a serious one.

"Virgil," Amber said serious then—

"YOU'RE ON!" Amber squeaked out excited, and just like that, the two of them ran into the hallway of darkness for their race to see who is the fastest to get to the other side of the hallway.

Long story short, they both won, and they both ran past another tower cell, which first, caught Amber's attention, she stopped flying, which caught Virgil's attention as well, making him stopped running, then he also saw the tower cell, they both walked over the door.

Both of them exchange expressions before nodding their heads and kicking down the door. Their eyes widened open with shock, and their jaws dropped once they saw a 16 year old beautiful girl laying face down on the ground unresponsive.

The girl had a light skin tone, with bright pink hair put into two fish braids, just like Hailey. She was wearing ruined and ripped up clothing, and she also had serious injuries all over her, and she looked to be starving. She looked to be nothing but skin and bones.

Immediately, both Amber and Virgil came rushing to the girl's aid, and both of them grew worried about the girl's condition. They both looked at each other.

"Pulse?" Virgil asked. As Amber was feeling for a pulse, she felt a little pulse in the girl. Her heart skipped a beat when she felt it.

"Her pulse is weak! We gotta get her to the ship now before we lose her," Amber explained, but then Virgil thought of something that he had never done before in his life, Virgil looked at Amber.

"I have an idea, but it's a pretty high chance of not working, but we have to give it a shot," Virgil said and explained.

Amber nodded.

"I trust you," Amber said, which warms Virgil's heart. Virgil then nodded. He shut his eyes close tightly as he began to concentrate, then he turned his hand into a fist as he gently slammed his hand in his other hand as he enchanted a spell in Latin, then—*POOF!* they were teleported on the ship.

Everyone on the ship was startled with their entrance, and both Amber and Virgil wasted no time to carry the girl to a nearby bed with medical machines besides the bed, then they placed her on the bed comfortably.
