— UNIVERSE #SVTFOE // GRAVITY FALLS // (BILL CIPHER'S) POV —

Swimming in a pool of darkness, I thrash around in the nothingness I seem to be encompassing until I begin to experience that same tugging of my soul. I feel my body fall and land on a solid surface. The texture of what I'm touching is what I'd regard as grass between my hands. I shake my head back and forth, slightly nauseated from whatever just happened. I open my eye and see a human hand, wait, eyes, I have two human eyes. I can see more depth, my field of vision is wider, and I can't see the colors I used to be able to view.

'What the fuck is happening?'

I lift myself from the position I'm currently in, pushing myself from the ground into a sitting position. I look between my hands, and I see human hands, five-fingered human hands that are shaking. Furthermore, I can feel the rise and fall of my human chest increasing as I start to panic. I grab my head in confusion and look up, only to see a woman in front of me, looking directly at me.

— UNIVERSE #SVTFOE // GRAVITY FALLS // (Y/N'S) POV —

I don't understand what the fuck is going on as I feel myself being pulled, twisted, and re-formed until I ultimately land on solid ground. I breathe, panicking and distraught as I look at my surroundings. I observe I'm in a clearing in what seems to be a familiar forest, surrounded by pine and birch trees. I feel extremely nauseous.

"What the fuck is happening, I got to be having a psychotic break, 'cause where the hell am I?" I say. Despite this, I'm quickly distracted by a bright light flashing in front of me, only to quickly disappear and be replaced by a man sprawled on the ground. I see him slowly open his eyes and scramble to a sitting position, breathing heavily as he grabs his head and looks at me. I can't help but think he looks awfully familiar.

"Hi, do you know what the fuck is going on, and how the fuck I ended up here?" I ask. He looks between me and himself, looking more and more panicked. I take his actions as an answer and respond accordingly.

"Alright, I assume that's a no," I state sarcastically. Once again, I look around and experience a sense of familiarity emanating from the surroundings I'm encircled by, but not necessarily being able to place where I've seen this before. Suddenly, the man in front of me starts to speak, his voice emanating a very distinctive tone, I swear I'm familiar with.

"Do you know where we are?" He inquires.

"Uhh, no. If I did, do you think I'd be this fuckin' confused?" I respond sarcastically. He shakes his head and scoffs.

"What year is it?" He interjects as I look at him skeptically.

"Odd question, but it's 2024, to my knowledge at least. Why're you askin'? Don't tell me you're some type of time traveler from the future or something."

He doesn't respond to that, and for a second I truly believe I'm going crazy until he speaks up again.

"You're lying, you've got to be. There's no fucking way it's been ten years. THERE'S NO WAY I'VE BEEN STUCK IN THAT GOD-FORSAKEN HELLHOLE FOR TEN FUCKING YEARS! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?" He starts to scream, standing up and looking to the sky, abundant with glistening stars. I stumbled backward, put off by the sudden burst of irritation emanating from the stranger across from me.

"YOU CONNIVING LITTLE AXOLOTL! THIS WAS YOUR GRAND PLAN ALL ALONG, WASN'T IT? PUNISHING ME BY LOCKING MY SOUL IN A GODDAMN HUMAN BODY! A DIFFERENT FORM, MY ASS! GIVE ME BACK MY NORMAL FORM, YOU DIMWITTED ANIMAL!" He screams to the sky. I swear to god I hear a chuckle emanating from the sky itself and at this point, I know I'm going crazy. He scoffs, breathing heavily in anger, and I swear I see his eyes flash between yellow and red before returning to the golden-brown color I first saw. He looks down at me scowling, and at that moment I realize the being I'm in the presence of.

"Who are you?" He asks as he stares holes into me.

"Bill, is that you?" Brushing the dirt from my sweatpants as I stand up and make eye contact with him. He looks taken aback by my answer and shakes his head.

"Yeah, it's me? Once again, I ask, who are you ?"

"Oh shit, yeah, uhm my name is (y/n), (y/n) (l/n)," I answer.

"What are you doing here?" He inquires, being a lot less hostile than I would assume he'd be in a situation like this.

"I don't know, honestly, I was reading a book... WAIT! I was reading your book, The Book of Bill, and the last thing I remember was agreeing to your question, then waking up here." I respond.

'Was I pulled into the book? Fuck, what did I just get myself into?'

He looks at the sky again and starts laughing hysterically, bringing his hands to his face and smiling even harder.

"IT WORKED, OH MY GOD, IT WORKED! SOMEONE FINALLY LISTENED TO ME, SOMEONE FINALLY LET ME OUT. I TOLD YOU SO, I TOLD YOU SOMEONE WOULD FINALLY FREE ME!" He eventually manages to compose himself. Ceasing his laughter and calming his breathing as he shifts his attention to me.

"Thank you, little flesh bag, for releasing me from my lonely prison. Now, if you don't mind, you've served your purpose, I have a physical body, I don't need you anymore!" He snaps his fingers and a bright blue chain appears before us connecting our wrists, and whatever he was trying to do is ineffective. He looks confused.

"What the fuck is this?" He starts to panic. He snaps his fingers again and disappears, only to reappear behind me, the chain snapping and pulling me towards him a bit.

"What the FUCK?! WHY CAN'T I DO ANYTHING TO YOU? WHY CAN'T I LEAVE YOUR PRESENCE." He falls to his knees and sighs, looking up to the sky once again. The chain connecting us disappears as I look at Bill.

"What are you doing to me this time?" He looks broken and puts his face in his hands, and it looks like he's about to cry. I don't know what to do, so I just awkwardly walk over to him and put my hand on his shoulder, taking a seat beside him.

"Hey, I don't know what the fuck is going on, and I know you probably don't even care about what I'm saying, but if you can try to calm down, we can figure out what's going on and why we were brought here and why we're stuck together, okay?"

He looks at me, and scowls, swiping my hand from his shoulder, and shakes his head.

"Don't try acting like I'm beneath you, you're just some human who fell for my dumb little trick."

"I'm not saying you're beneath me, I'm just trying to help you! And I didn't 'fall' for your trick! I read the entire book, I knew what you were doing, and I'm aware of what I agreed to, I'm on your side, idiot!" I huff and cross my arms over myself, looking away from him.

"You're on my side?" He asks innocently. I look at him, sigh, and nod my head.

"Yes, yes, I am."
