Luffy groaned his throat felt scratching and his head was pounding when he turned his body and opened his eyes he saw a body in front of him he looked up noticing it was Law.

His arms wrapped tightly around Luffys body in a protective manner. Luffy turned feeling his heart pounding only to be greeted with white fur It was a sleeping dog. He sank into Law's touch knowing he most likely wouldn't be able to have this experience again.

Law pulled Luffy closer to him, Luffy groaned "Torao," he mumbled coughing which caused Law's eyes to snap open. The older male took in a deep breath "What time is it?" He stretched out. "it's 9 am," Luffy said "9?" Law questioned processing what Luffy told him until it came to him. It was 9 am "FUCK!" He scrambled out of bed his loud voice causing the dog to wake up and bark."Fuck we're gonna be late!" Law said, "For what?" Luffy questioned, "You have school idiot!"

Luffy noticed and got up quickly feeling a pounding sensation in his head increasing "Oowww," he whined. Law grabbed the water bottle he had placed on the bedside table and gave it to Luffy "Here drink this, I'll try to find my old school uniform yours is dirty," Law said digging through a box of clothes. He handed it to Luffy and also a towel "Here take a shower, you reek of alcohol," Law said. Luffy sighed rubbing his head "Where's the bathroom?" "Across my room," Law said

Luffy walked into the bathroom. Noticing his clothes it wasn't what he wore yesterday. It smells like Law Luffy blushed softly. He liked the smell of Law. Even though back then he reeked of death. Luffy took off his clothes and turned on the shower.

Law changed into his work uniform. When Luffy was finished they both brushed their teeth's. Law noticed Luffy's wet hair and sighed grabbed the towel and rubbed Luffy's head Luffy whined "This is why you don't Drink Luffy," He frowned "I'm sorryyyy," Luffy groaned still feeling the pounding sensation. Law turned Luffy around and sprayed cologne on him. "Don't tell your brothers you were drinking they'll kill me

They walked downstairs "Law? You're still here?" Corazon said "Yes," Law sighed "you're never late..." Corazon mumbled seeing Luffy he smiled waving his to Luffy. Law grabbed an apple and handed it to Luffy grabbing his keys. "I'll see you later Corazon," Law said

God, I can't believe I'm late!

Law thought to himself and sighed. Luffy ate the apple Law had given to him. Not only did he now smell like Law but he was WEARING Laws clothes. Luffy blushed smiling "Stop smiling," Law grumbled Luffy chuckled "Nope," Law smiled softly seeing Luffy's carefree nature a personality he wasn't used to seeing on Luffy, and yet there again was the feeling of nostalgia. They parked in front of the school. Luffy got out of the car. "Bye bye Law," Luffy said waving bye "Wait! Mugiwara-ya!" He yelled quickly Luffy's heart raced even faster hearing a nickname he hadn't heard in a while "Your bag," Law said "Oh right!" Luffy turned grabbed it and rushed away

Law sat there in his car "Mugiwara-ya? But Luffy doesn't wear a straw hat... did he?" Law sighed shaking his head and drove off.

When Law clocked in a boy with a penguin hat walked over to him "Whoa! Boss for once you're late," he said "Boss?" Law questioned now that Law thinks about it. Why do they even call him Boss? They're friends, right? Now that he thinks about it they never even say his name. He shook his head and sighed "How is it going?" Law asked "Everything's going good so far, you just have 5 patients today," Law hummed "All alright," He said going into his office and looking at his schedule "Is it me or is the boss looking more energetic," Shachi said rubbing his chin "he came in late today," Penguin said they stared at Law before Law looked up and smiled at them clearly annoyed and irritated "Go away," He ordered them they jerked up and scrambled out.
