Students were protesting in front of the SSPR Hospital because on the previous night a girl doctor had been raped and killed in the hall room of the hospital.
Every girls students of this medical College where protesting for their safety and justice. They had written on the Canvas —
“ No Safety
No Duty ”
I was also one of the protester. We all were the students of the medical college. The situation became worse than worse.
I saw some ambulance were coming with some critical patients. They were being took to the emergency.
We, the students, closed the way to enter the to emergency. We just cried —
“ Go back, Go back ”
“ No Safety
No Duty ”
Some time later we noticed that four police car came in the hospital. They came out from their cars and started to wear helmets. One of the police announced— “Students go back to your classes. Leave the way.”
We were not ready to go back. We announced the same slogan — “ no safety no duty ”
The police announced again to go back.
All the students shouted not to move back.
The police said, “ Lathi charge. ”
The policemen ran to US and started to beat by lathi.
But we did not run away. We tried to protest them.
I felt a heavy thing on my head. I could not be stable. I saw different colours lights. I could not keep my eyes open. Then I didn't know anything.
