It's 9 years since Hadie came to Wonderland, he's been accepted like he always wanted. He's done a lot to help the community and the people, he's friendly with the guards, and he's taking his role as apprentice seriously. He was currently working on project with Maddox that could possibly help Red.

"Hey Hadie, can you check on Red to see how she's doing ?" Maddox asked.

"Of course." Hadie said. He used his telepathy to locate Red and check on her but he grew a frown when he heard what she was about to do.

"What is it ?" Maddox asked seeing Hadie's face.

"Red's about to wreak havoc." Hadie said as he filled Maddox on what he heard from Red's mind.

Maddox used one of his gadgets to pick up Red and dropped her in one of the tunnels. Hadie heard Red screaming through the tunnels.

"Maddox !" Red yelled as she landed on the bed with a smile on her face.

"Those guards could have dragged you to the dungeon, Red." Maddox said with his hands on his hips looking at Red sternly.

"What on earth were you thinking ?" Hadie asked disappointed.

"That my mom's portrait could use a little touch-up." Red said holding out her arms.

"This is ridiculous." Hadie said shaking his head at Red.

"I am set worried about you, Red." Maddox said.

"I hope she likes it." Red said with a mischievous smile.

"You need to take this more seriously." Hadie said.

"If you continue down this path, I won't always be there to save you. You know that, right ? You're lucky that Hadie will always be there for." Maddox said as he put on his hat and Red rolled her eyes.

"Maddox Hatter, you know you and Hadie can't save me. I'm a prisoner of Wonderland. I'm a lost cause." Red said sitting on a chair giving them a funny look while crossing her legs.

"You're anything but a lost cause." Hadie said softly and calmly.

"As your tutors, we're in charge of preparing you for your future." Maddox said. Red scoffed at him.

"And as your friends, we want you to have one." Maddox said.

"What future, Mads ? I literally have the most controlling mom ever. She's never gonna let me leave Wonderland." Red said.

"I know it hasn't been easy growing up with a mother that's so...particular. But she wasn't always this way." Maddox said. Red looked down.

"It's true ! We're all products of our past, and your mother's was certainly unfortunate." Maddox explained.

"She just wants to turn me into the next evil queen like her. And I don't wanna be Queen. I just wanna be in charge of my life. But what I want doesn't matter to her." Red said.

"Oh, Red..." Maddox said. Maddox and Hadie looked at each other for a moment and looked back at Red.

"We weren't going to show this until you were a little older." Maddox said.

"And more mature." Hadie said as Red looked at him slightly offended.

"But we finished it." Maddox said as he got up from his chair and gestured Red to follow him to one of his tables. Hadie took a cloth off of what looked like a regular clock.
