It had been about four weeks since Zay and Niesha made it official. This young love was different, new, and obessive. No matter what they did and where they went. They were always on each others minds. Zay was doing shit he never done before. Running up and down the high way to get shit Niesha craved. He was even going to the store buying tampons for her. Zay was in love, he was on some real simp shit. He would handle his business and be right back up under Niesha. She practically lived at his crib now. This wasn't puppy love, it was real love, genuine love. Most people would say their love was dangerous but it was a breath of fresh air to them. Love is something that is easily said but rarely shown. It is necessary for any human to produce the acts of love. Love will have you doing shit you never done before. Love is beautiful but it also is dangerous and no matter how hard Zay tried to put that wall up, he simply couldn't. In all his 22 years of living he had never experienced love like this. Niesha was his queen, she called all the shots in his life. Yeah he was a king in the making in the streets but Niesha is the one who sat on his thrown. She owned him and he wasn't scared to admit it. This was the type of love you bodied someone over. He would lay any bitch or nigga down when it came to her. Put it like this, he would chose Niesha every time no matter what the circumstance was. The bottom line is they craved one another. Zay wanted this feeling to last forever. He was holding on and he wouldn't let up for anybody.
Zay was finished with his morning street business. Philly lit was booming and it took up most of his time. He usually spoke to his moms during the day but today was busy. He was headed over there for afternoon lunch. They did this on a regular, before Niesha came in the picture his moms was the only woman who had him open. Zay loved his mom like no other. He pulled up and used he key to walked into the newly furnished house he purchased for his mom a few months back. "Mom where you at." He yelled announcing that he was here,
His mom shook her head, this boy always yelling, she thought. "I'm in the kitchen Zayveon." She yelled back. Zay let the scent of soul food guide him to the kitchen. He stepped in and immedaitley saw the food laid out on the kitchen island. There laid fried chicken, collard grees, mac and cheese, red beans and rice, candy yams, hot water cornbread, and an upside down cake. His mom had threw down for her sons. He walked up to her and planted a wet one on her cheeks. Ms. Jackie was a beautiful woman. The prettiest darkskin complexion you've ever seen. Skin was smooth and rich. She stood 5'6 and had a short cut like nia long. She was from down south. She had hip, thighs, and didn't discrimante against pies. Her boys were grown and now it was her time to live, whether they approved of it or not. She laughed as her oldest son showed her some affection.
"Damn mom you threw down today. Getting ya son right I see you." Zay said as he eyed all that good looking foor.
"Boy watch ya mouth. I'm not one of ya homies." Jackie fussed as she contuiend to move around the kitchen.
Zay held his up in surrender. He wanted no smoke with his moms. "My bad mom, you know how I get when the food looking right."
Jackie smirked, "Go sit down son and I'll bring ya plate to you."
Zay couldn't argue with that. He turned and made his way to the table. Jackie sat his plate and her plate on the dining table with two sprites. "Where is your Tyrell? I thought he was coming with you." Jackie said as she sat down.
"He had to handle some business for me. He said he'll be here later on tonight and to save him a plate." Zay said as he took a bite of chicken.
Jackie nodded, "So how are you and Niesha doing?" She asked.
Zay couldn't help but smile at the mention of her name. His mom laughed as he formed a goofy grin on his face. Her son was head over hills in love and she loved it. "We doing good mom. That's my baby, she runs me mom. I'm not even mad though, I love her spoiled self. I want to bring her over here sometime this week to meet you." Zay said.
