You sat on the edge of your bed, staring at the picture on your phone. It was a rare shot of you looking casual but polished, with a soft smile and your favorite lipstick. It was a glimpse into who you were beyond the screen—a bold move considering how much you valued your anonymity. For years, Bakugou and you had chatted online, always hidden behind avatars and usernames. You'd shared stories, secrets, and even fears, all without knowing who the other really was.

Today, you decided it was time to break that barrier. You'd been debating this for a while, and now, with a deep breath, you pressed send. As the picture zoomed away into the digital ether, you felt a rush of anxiety. What if this ruined everything? What if Bakugou didn't like what he saw or—worse—decided to cut ties?

Minutes turned into what felt like hours as you waited for his response. You paced around your room, flipping through a book that didn't hold your attention. The silence from your phone was deafening. You kept checking, expecting a notification that never came. The uncertainty gnawed at you.

Meanwhile, Bakugou Katsuki was sprawled on his bed, his phone in hand. The picture you'd sent appeared on his screen, and he froze. It was unmistakable—there you were, the girl from his class, the one who always seemed so distant and unapproachable. He stared at the photo, his mind racing. How had he never connected the dots? You were the same person he'd been talking to anonymously for years. The realization hit him like a thunderclap, and a smug grin spread across his face.

Bakugou decided to have a bit of fun with this revelation. He leaned back, amused by the situation. There was something incredibly satisfying about knowing who you were before you did. He let the minutes tick by, enjoying the suspense of the moment.

You, on the other hand, tried to distract yourself by heading to the common area of the dorm. It was a way to escape the growing tension and maybe clear your head. As you entered the lounge, you noticed Bakugou's gaze fixed on you from across the room. His intense stare made you self-conscious, and you couldn't shake the feeling that he was watching you more than usual. It made your heart race.

You quickly returned to your room, trying to push the unsettling encounter from your mind. But as soon as you got back, your phone buzzed with a new message. Your heart leapt as you saw Bakugou's name on the screen. His message was short but loaded with meaning.

"I've known it was you since you sent that pic."

The words sent a jolt through you. He knew? How long had he known? The shock made your thumb slip, and you accidentally hit the call button.

The phone rang only once before Bakugou answered. His voice, rough and laced with arrogance, came through the speaker. "Hi?"

"Um... hi?" you managed, your heart racing. The sound of his voice sent a thrill through you, and you could almost picture the smug grin on his face.

"So, you thought you could keep this from me, huh?" Bakugou's tone was teasing, with that familiar edge of arrogance. "I've known for a while. You weren't as sneaky as you thought, princess."

You were taken aback. "You... knew?"

"Yeah, ever since you sent that pic. You didn't think I'd recognize you?" His voice was dripping with smug satisfaction. You could practically hear him leaning back, his grin widening.

You tried to process the surprise, but your mind was racing. Glancing at the screen, you noticed his camera was on. And he was shirtless. Your face turned bright red, and you quickly looked away, feeling a wave of embarrassment.

"You called. So, what do you want?" he asked, his tone casual, as if you two were just having a regular conversation.

"I—I didn't mean to call. It was an accident," you stammered, trying to regain your composure. "But... who knew the person I'd been talking to for years was you?"

Bakugou chuckled, the sound rich and deep. "Yeah, well, I guess you're not the only one with secrets. Maybe we should talk more in real life now that we know who each other is."

"Yeah... I guess so," you said, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness. His cocky attitude was both infuriating and oddly comforting. This was still Bakugou—gruff, arrogant, and unapologetic. But now, there was a new layer to your relationship, one that made everything feel more real.

"Good. We'll start tomorrow," he said, the smirk evident in his voice. "And don't think I'm gonna go easy on you just because I know who you are now. You're still the same pain in the ass I've been talking to for years."

"Whatever," you shot back, trying to sound annoyed but failing to hide the smile tugging at your lips. "Just don't be a jerk about it."

"No promises, princess," he said with a laugh. "See you tomorrow."

As the call ended, you sat back on your bed, feeling a mix of excitement and anxiety. Everything was about to change. You weren't sure if you were ready for it, but with Bakugou, you knew it would be anything but ordinary.
