Shawn - How are you ?

"Good," says Zia softly.

Shawn - I hope you are liking my world, and if not, you better start liking it soon because I can't wait.

Zia says nothing and quietly looks down at her shoes.

Shawn - Are you ok ?

She slowly looks up at Shawn and remembers the day she came to Switzerland as a law student.

Zia is an introverted person who comes from a Christian family. Her mother is a doctor, and her father is a scientist. It's a family of intelligent people. She is the only child of her parents and the prettiest girl in college. Every boy had a crush on her; no one said it, but everyone's eyes noticed her when she entered the college. The other girls were very jealous of her because they also wondered how someone could be so intelligent and yet so beautiful. But Zia was the kind of girl who only saw books and nothing else. However, her eyes always searched for one person, and that was Marcus. He was Zia's childhood crush and now her boyfriend. Zia never saw any flaws in Marcus; she believed he loved her deeply. This was somewhat true in their childhood, but as they grew older, Marcus liked Zia only for her body. He just wanted to sleep with her and didn't truly love her.

She tops in her class, and according to the college policy, the students who are toppers can go to different countries for internships. Zia always had a desire to visit Switzerland. Because of Switzerland's beauty, she wanted to leave everything behind and live alone in a house in the jungle, close to a waterfall, with Marcus. Although her parents had great jobs, they weren't good parents in their personal lives. There was no love between them, and they were always fighting, possibly even heading for a divorce soon.

She topped the class, but Marcus didn't because he wasn't as intelligent as Zia. His attention was always on girls, which Zia had no idea about. Zia chooses Switzerland for her internship and is excited to tell Marcus. She goes to find him, who is busy playing video games. Zia tells him,

"Marcus, you know, I got selected... and I received an offer to go to Switzerland."

Marcus looks at her, puts his phone aside, and starts kissing her, Marcus kisses her in a very rough manner, which hurts Zia a lot. Zia has never liked that , He always prefers intimate movements over serious discussions. She pushes him away and says,

"Wait, Marcus, first listen to me."

Marcus begins to get angry, saying,

"Why do you have such an attitude? You won't even let me kiss you. At least let me do that."

Zia replies, "Marcus, listen to me. I came to share some good news, And you’re busy kissing me,"

Marcus responds, "I’m your boyfriend; I should have at least that right.I never said you could be physical with me. So why are you showing so much attitude? I should at least be able to kiss you."

Zia is so naive that she doesn’t realize Marcus only wants to take advantage of her. Perhaps it’s because she has never seen her parents being romantic and has come to see Marcus as her entire world.

Marcus goes back to playing games, and Zia thinks to herself that maybe she overreacted. She goes to apologize to him, and Marcus responds well, hugging her. He says,

"Don't go. What will you do over there? Stay here with me, and later we can even get married here.

Zia feels a bit scared hearing about marriage because, having seen her parents, she is also afraid of marriage herself.

Zia says, "It's just a matter of three months. After that, if I get a job, you can come over there with me. We can both stay there in my dream house.

"Upon hearing "dream house," Marcus says, “Nonsense”

Zia looks at him in silence, and Marcus starts behaving better again, saying,

"Yes, of course, why not. Now, go ahead; you still need to pack, right?

By the way, when are you leaving?"

Zia replies, "It's still a week from now. Will you come to visit me there? I'm afraid to be alone, especially if I'm far away from you."

Marcus says, Why not? I'll come to drop you off, stay for a few days, and then I'll come back... Okay?

Zia becomes very happy and hugs him.

One week later,

Zia is standing at the airport, waiting for Marcus, who has gone to get some food.

Suddenly, shooting breaks out, and everyone starts running in different directions. People are fleeing, a child is crying, and in the chaos, no one notices much. Zia sees the child and goes to pick him up, but a large man points a gun at her. Seeing this, Zia holds the child tightly, tears streaming down her face. She is very scared and starts crying. Suddenly, the man is shot and falls gently to the ground in front of her. The airport falls silent. Zia closes her eyes out of fear, then slowly opens them to see a tall man in a black suit with glasses and a gun approaching her, flanked by bodyguards on either side, with more bodyguards rushing in behind him. Zia is frightened, and the child starts crying again.

The child's mother screams, "Please save my baby!"

The bodyguards start firing upwards and order everyone to lie down. Terrified by the sound of guns, everyone drops to the floor. As Zia begins to bend down, she spots Marcus hiding behind a pillar, watching her. Zia stands up slowly, crying even more when she sees Marcus. He gestures repeatedly for her to get down. Zia bends down slowly, and the child's cries echo through the airport.Zia looks up and sees that the tall man is watching. Suddenly the army rushes in and bows before the man, who signals them to start evacuating everyone and take away the dead man. The army starts evacuating everyone one by one.

The woman comes to Zia, crying loudly, to take her son. She thanks Zia before leaving. Marcus runs to Zia, hugging her and checking to see if she is hurt. Zia cries in his arms. She then looks at the tall man who is still watching her. His bodyguard tells him,

"Sir, let's go outside; they've caught the man who planned this against you." The tall man nods and starts to leave, but not before giving Zia one last look. She is still crying in Marcus's embrace, not noticing the tall man as he exits.
