i've newly been assigned to the bau.
my new boss is looking through my paperwork.
there's a knock on the open door.
i turn to see the most gorgeous woman i have ever laid my eyes on.
she had beautiful blonde hair with gorgeous blue eyes.
i felt my heart leap in my chest.
is she looking back at me?
no.
she couldn't be.....

i've learnt the blondes name is jennifer, she goes by jj.
everytime i saw her all i could think about, was how pretty she is.

the second those words leave my mouth, i can sense a change of energy from jj.
i can feel her eyes burning into me.
that could mean nothing.

while on a case in New Orleans, we work with some guy named will.
with a god awful accent.
i saw a little of jj and will together, but from what i did...
there was most definitely some attraction between the two.
will more than jj.
but that might have been my biased opinion.

instantly i notice there's something between will and jj.
i look around to everyone else to see if they're seeing what i'm seeing.
sure enough, they are.

is what i told jj, once beside her.
"what?"
"you'd make a cute couple."
i look at her hoping for her to disagree.
tell me i'm wrong.
"you know what..."
and she's kissing him.
never had i regretted speaking until that moment.
why couldn't she like me?
why couldn't i be the one she's kissing?
i walk away.
