Velvet is what you call a shy and timid girl due to being a faunus she is always constantly bully hers by human she thought by joining Beacon academy and becoming a Huntress she be able to make show difference in the world, but reality does not always work out as even being in Beacon there are racists student always picking her and other faunus student.

Her teammates always help her and teach other students who pick a lesson but they were always around she wanted to lashed out put due to timid nature of her she cannot, worse happened when a first year student Cardin and his team pick on her she felt that she will always be bully no matter what but when another first year student jaune defend her and other faunus student against the racists student she was memories as he was the weakest student in the academy but despite this he always protect her against Cardin and his team when asked on why he protect her and other faunus he simply said.

Jaune:' it's doesn't matter if your a faunus or human us Huntsman duty is to always protect other who cannot protect themselves '

At that moment I feel a warm feeling with in my chest at his words may it because he reminded me of ancient knight I read in old fairy tale story so noble were his intentions i cannot help but fall for him after few day later Cardin and his team were bowing their heads and apologies to every faunus student they bully even me I don't know what happened to change his attitude but something tell me that jaune had a hand in it I wanted to thank jaune for fixing their attitudes.

One day after returning from their mission she got the news that he has dropped out and replace by Alister she didn't know how to react and she cry on her team dorm her teammates tried to console her to no avail it's seem like she was not the only one who was affected team crdl specially Cardin also display displeasure and disappointment toward team plan and rwby as well as the faculty of Beacon academy so to see him again was a surprise.

Jaune: hey velvet you alright? He asked in concerned

She didn't say anything as she just stare as his new appearance with eye patch she was worried did something happen to him to cover his left eye tons of emotions flooded her sorrow, pain, joy, happyness.

Jaune: your bleeding let me heal you.
He said as he hold his arm above the injured leg as his aura manifested and heal her legs as new.

Jaune: there your leg is all healed

Velvet widen her eyes as was fully with no pain whatsoever

Jaune: stay here I gonna deal with that grimm

Velvet: what? Are you mad you gonna get yourself killed.
She shouted at him in disbelief.

Jaune: don't worry just trust me okay.
Before she could reply back she was already heading towards the Grimm

Velvet: and who are you?

She said the last part with a bit of pride as it took velvet few second to register what she said and when she did she had only one word.

She shouted at top of her lungs.

The giant Grimm can be seen destroy all the Ak with some bullhead with it swing of it's tail some Huntsman tried to attack on its back but to no avail as it skin is very hard the Grimm being annoyed simply let out a deafening Roar which push back all the Huntsman and destroy some nearby building and Atlesian millitary.
