It was only yesterday that I first met Muichiro Tokito, and I couldn't shake the feeling of loneliness that had settled in my heart. I wanted to spend time with him, even if just for a meal, to share stories and laughter. Although Muichiro could be a bit rude at times, there was a hidden warmth behind his demeanor that I found intriguing. He was fiercely strong and had an aura of calmness that reminded me of mist-a scent that lingered around him like a gentle breeze.

As I wandered through the village, I caught sight of him, lost in thought as he gazed through the clouds. With a burst of excitement, I shouted his name, hoping to catch his attention.

"Muiiiiii!!!!!" I called, my heart racing with anticipation. "♡˖ᵕ⑅✨🌺"

His head turned slightly, and I could see a hint of recognition in his eyes. "What is it, Nezuko?" he replied, his voice soft yet steady.

"Um... I was wondering if you'd like to have a meal together," I suggested, feeling a flutter in my chest.

"Sure," he said, a small smile gracing his lips. In that moment, he seemed sweet and inviting, a contrast to the way he interacted with others. It felt special, like a secret only we shared.

As we walked to the restaurant, I stole glances at him. His hair fell gracefully around his face, and his quiet confidence was captivating. I couldn't help but see him as more than just a friend; he felt like a brother to me, someone I could lean on in times of trouble.

When we arrived, he insisted on paying for the meal, and I found it hard to refuse. "Are you sure?" I asked, feeling a little guilty.

"Yeah, I want to," he replied, his smile making it impossible for me to say no.

After an hour filled with delicious food and easy conversation, we left the restaurant, the air warm and inviting. I couldn't shake the feeling that this might be my first-ever date with a boy, and the thought made my cheeks flush. No, no, no! I reminded myself. He's just a close friend. I was still getting used to the idea of friendship with someone like him.

As we walked, Muichiro glanced at me, a look of concern crossing his face. "Nezuko, why are you red?"

"Me? No, no, no! It's just nothing," I stammered, my heart racing. I could feel the heat rising to my cheeks, and I was certain he could see it.

His confusion only made me feel more flustered. "You're acting strange," he said, tilting his head slightly as if trying to understand.

"I-I'm fine!" I insisted, but I couldn't help but feel giddy inside. He was just too cute, and I couldn't resist the thoughts swirling in my mind. I wished I could be as calm and collected as he was, but the more I thought about him, the more my heart raced.

We continued our walk, the atmosphere between us shifting as I became more aware of how I felt about him. Maybe it was just a meal, but to me, it felt like so much more. As the sun began to set, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink, I hoped this wouldn't be our last meal together.

"Thank you for today, Muichiro," I said softly, stealing a glance at him. "I had a really good time."

He looked back at me, his expression unreadable for a moment before a small smile returned. "I did too, Nezuko."

In that moment, I knew that whatever this was between us, it was just the beginning.
