The next morning shigaraki woke up, he found himself in a strange room. It was all dark. That's not his room... where was he?

He laid still, only now noticing a figure next to him clinging to him. At first his heart sank. He didn't do anything dumb again, did he? Should he get up?

He slowly wiggled out of the olders arms, trying not to wake him. He stood up, ready to go outside but was stopped by something holding him back by his wrist

"Are you running away now?" He turned around to where the voice came from.
"No I was just... going to the bathroom" Dabi let go and he quickly went outside. He looked in the bathroom mirror. He never thought he could go this red. Usually he was on the rather pale side. He splashed his face with cold water and went outside.

Today he had to be alone. And he also had to plan their next move against the heroes. He sat alone in a park for hours. His thought's however, did not at all stick with the plan against the heroes and just kept going to that one person.

Why did he even think of him? Why him? Why not all the others? Could it be because he said something? Or did? What was it about the other, that he couldn't get him out of mind?

After some time, a cat passed by. It went around his legs, then hopped on the seat next to him, lying down. Shigaraki looked at the calm cat next to him. It was black and white, with green eyes and not very big.

Should he pet it?
He went away. Everything he touched would die anyway so there was no point in making friends. He got back to the bar. There sat toga. She was the right one to ask... right?

"Hey you."
"Oh hi shiggy!" She turned around with a big smile.
"Don't call me that. Also why are you here all by yourself?"
"The others all went somewhere else and left me here." She said with a pout. "They're so mean.. and what brings you here boss?"
"Never mind. I was just going around, thinking."
"You think too much. Can't you just click off your brain for once?"
"Sadly I can't. And if I did, I'd make horrible choices."
"How do you even know if you never tried?" She spun around in the chair, throwing her head back.

She seemed so happy. A simple child with not a care in the world. Though shigaraki knew better, he couldn't help but to feel just a little envious.

"Anyway.. sooo... what are we planning on doing something these days?" Shigaraki plumped down in his seat, sighing. "Haven't thought about it just yet. We'll probably just go with shit and eventually pretend it was all part of our plan since the beginning."

"Here you go again. I think you need some time off"
"My problem is that I have too much time on my hands.. or not enough"
"Then what you need is a distraction. Or a problem solver. Like me! Whatever fits your taste more."
"I wouldn't want to speak to you about my problems if I had any. Which I do."
"Come onn~ I'm sure there's Something we can talk about."
"And what would that be?"
"Idk like... do you have someone you admire or...?"
"Maybe, what if I do?"
"If they're reachable, go for it."
"What do you mean by 'reachable'?"
"Like a human... on this earth. As long as it exists, it is reachable."
"Like a world without all might?"
"Maybe... if that's what you're admiring?"

The male went away. Leaving alone the girl, that looked like she was getting possessed by a demon, spinning around on the chair and counting every shot glass of kurogiri.

So... if I technically was liking him. And he would be reachable (he isn't)... what should I do?

Like go to him and... just... just-

Shigaraki was so in thoughts, that he didn't see the dabi coming straight at him with a fast pace. Crashing into him, he looked up. Now or never. Now or never. Now or never. On the count of 3- and 1... 2... ... 3

"I like you."

A/N: the end is free for interpretation. I like to think, they got together. I thought about making more drama so I could make some more chapters but then i remembered, that it's a short story and that I wouldn't finish it if i actually used the plot I have planned. So now it's not a good or long story but it is my first so I'll leave it at this. Who needs a novel as their first book, if they can just have this crap instead? I don't🤩
