POV: narrator

"These are your rubrics. You have until May 10th complete with a 6 person group of your choosing." The teacher says. We see that Ashlyn is silently panicking and thinks in her head "wait... did he saw we are choosing the people in our group?" She said in her head. And then she turns around to see Aiden looking at her "hoo boy." She says in her head.

POV: Ashlyn banner

I ask the teacher if I could work alone again but sadly he said no. "But why not??" I said wondering why I couldn't work alone again. The teacher says "Ashlyn last semester I let you work for every assignment and project alone. This year I'd like to see you make some friends. This project is the perfect chance for that." The teacher said. I said in my head "If I wanted friends then I'd have some." I said. I then feel a hand wrap around me and it was Aiden who did that and he said "we'd like to work on the project with Ash!" He said. The teacher said "See! You already got half your group put together! Now you just need three more." He said. I thought "Lord give me patience or an untraceable handgun."

POV: narrator

We are now introduced to Logan, Taylor, Tyler, and Ben"So anyone have any ideas?" Logan said. We have Taylor suggesting writing about a historical documentary. Then we have Aiden being rude and saying boring to the documentary. And Tyler suggests a museum. But then Aiden said boring to that too slurring the word boring. Then Tyler retorts back with "Okay then why don't you come up with something!?". And then we have Ben just sitting there in silence playing with a ladybug. Then Aiden retorts back with "If I had an interesting idea, don't you think I would've said it by now?" The twins then think "we'll kill him." Logan then asks Ashlyn if she has any ideas. She freezes for a few seconds with the spotlight being on her. She then suggests the Salem Witch Trials. Aiden the sits up in his chair and says "Okay witches. Now we're getting somewhere." Clearly interested now.
