Zach's POV
Ever since I was a kid I was confused on who I liked and what I liked. I never really understood why my crushes were girls and guys.
Why not just girls?
I never told anyone my crushes. I knew i would get called weird. I lied to myself thinking that I never liked a boy, it was just me thinking he was cool or he had a good sense of style.
I always lied to myself to make up this delusion that i was 'normal' but now that i think about it.. what is normal?
"Whatever man. I have to go though so i'll catch up with you later, aii?" My friend on the other side of the phone wanted to meet up and see what's up in our lives but I was out with Nick.
I hung up and slid my phone into my back pocket. I was waiting on Nick since the waiter already took our plates and I paid the check.
"You ready to roll?.." I was startled by Nicks random appearance.. Jeez. "Yea! Come on! I was thinking we could walk on the pier? Its not a far walk from here.." I started to pull out my phone to see how far the walk was but I could feel Nick stopping in his tracks.
I looked behind me and slightly laughed, "you okay?" He stood there awkwardly. "Im gonna head home. You can walk on the pier your self." He sounded.. aggravated.
Did I do something?
"What? Nickkk!! Why!!!" I whined, but in a joking way! But Im honestly confused on the sudden switch up.
He rolled his eyes at me, mumbling as he walked past me. He actually seemed.. upset?
Confused on what he was mumbling, I caught up to him to ask. "What?" I stood in front of him forcing him to stop.
"I said why dont you hang out with your fucking girlfriend." He shoved me out of his way, making me almost stumble to the ground.
What the fuck has gotten into him?!
I didnt even bother to catch up to him this time. I just let him walk away.
Like I always do.

I was driving home while still thinking of Nicks sudden out burst. I swear I didnt do anything?
We had a fun time! Everything went awesome. Well.. until he went to the bathroom. Did some asshole do something?
"Either that.. or maybe he overheard something he didn't want to hear." I connected the dots. Fuck Im so stupid..
Why would i say that? Goddamn I need to watch what i say. I shouldn't have hung out with Nicolas in the first place honestly..
I waited at a red light and looked around me, starting to become more aware of my surroundings.
As soon as the light turned green i got a text. Was it from Nick? Fuck. I needed to know so badly i pulled over and took out my phone.
It wasn't from Nick.. it was from my friend.
