"Sophie! You are gonna be late!" Eda yelled from downstairs. "Coming!" I said.
Anyways, I am Sophie Foster, a sophomore. I just moved in with my adoptive parents a few months ago. This is our house.

My room took up the entire third floor.
My real parents died in a car crash, and so did Amy, my sister. They were driving to go to the mall, when it started raining and their car slipped and flipped. I was at home since I hated the mall. After the incident, I went to the adoption center. That's where Grady and Edaline adopted me.
Today, is my first day at Foxfire, a new school I'm attending. It only accepts the best. My adoptive sister, Jolie, just moved out of the country to go live with her husband Brant.
I like Brant, he works as a firefighter, and he is really nice to me. Their wedding was about a month ago. It was beautiful.
I jumped out of bed and went to my closet to wear clothes.

I brushed my teeth, and did my bed. I grabbed my ice blue backpack and went downstairs.
"Have some mallowmelt, honey" Eda told me. "Thanks Mom" I replied.
Grady came downstairs and sat down on the table. He sat on my right. "Sophie, remember, beware of bo-Owch!!" Grady howled, rubbing his shoulder. Edaline had elbowed him.
I ate the mallowmelt trying hard not to laugh. After I finished, I said goodbye to them. I hugged Grady, kissed Edaline and headed out towards the door.
I waited for the bus for about five minutes before it came. I searched for a seat and a girl with the most striking teal eyes I had ever seen and dark brown hair called out to me, she looked popular "Hi! You can come sit next to me." I smiled at her and thanked her.
"Hi, I'm Biana, what's your name?" Biana asked. "Hello, I'm Sophie, I just moved here with my foster parents." "That's cool. If you want I can show you around the school and help you get to your classes".
"You would do that?!" I asked.
"Of course!" she replied happily.
We kept talking on the bus until we arrived. The school was huge. Much bigger than my old school. Then I asked Bi something "Hey Bi, does the school know that they named the school after a glowing fungus?" Bi laughed.
"Well, if they don't, then better not tell them" she said.
