On the crescent moon, which is actually a specifically shaped spaceport, massive and bustling with many different aliens and spacecraft, a space raft lands, docking many passengers. Jim walks out and takes his time to look around the spaceport. He didn't notice the space dog that was being carried in another alien's grasp. "Jim! Oh, Jim! Wait for me!" Delbert calls from inside, and Jim sighs, leaning his head back. He hears clanking noises, and Delbert comes out from the doorway behind him, wearing a giant metal suit. Jim lets out an exhaled breath, and his shoulders shake a little, laughing softly. Delbert walks down with his helmet open. "Well, Jim, this should be a wonderful opportunity for the two of us to get to know one another." Jim looks at him over his shoulder with a smile and lets out a puff of air. "You know what they say, familiarity breeds, um... well, contempt, but in our case—"
Jim interrupts him, "Look, let's just find the ship, okay?" He walks off, and Delbert's glass helmet drops. The two walk around, and Jim asks the android and his hairy partner for directions. "Second berth on your right!" he points from atop the ladder. "You can't miss it," the hairy one says, holding the ladder. "Hey, thanks." Jim looks at them both, thanking them, and walks off. Delbert catches up to him. "It's the suit, isn't it?" Jim doesn't answer as he walks down the stairs. "I should never have listened to that pushy two-headed saleswoman. This one said it fit, and that one said it was my color. I didn't know what to do. I get so flustered. Ooh!" Delbert keeps complaining and bumps into Jim, making him turn to lightly glare at him. Delbert looks up, "Oh, Jim! This is our ship!"
"The R.L.S. Legacy!"
"Whoa!" Jim exclaimed in awe. They boarded the ship and found the crew loading it with supplies. "Stow those casks forward! Heave together now!" A buff-looking rock aboard the ship shouted orders. Then, a girl with H/C walked up to him, holding a box filled with mechanical tools. "Sir, I've finished prepping the engines," she said. She wore a unique steampunk costume showcasing a corset, vintage goggles, and a flowing skirt with intricate gear patterns. She lifted the goggles up, with a couple of spots covering her face, revealing her E/C eyes.
Jim gets onboard ahead of Delbert and looks around as he is onboard. "How cool is this?" Then he accidentally runs into another alien, who makes a squishing noise. He ran into a large, slug-like alien with a bulbous body, stubby arms, and a short, wide face. His most distinct features are his large, elongated nose, which resembles an elephant's trunk, and his small, beady eyes that stick out on either side of his head. He wears a simple, sleeveless vest and a dark blue hat, giving him a somewhat pirate-like appearance. He turned around to see that Jim had stepped on his tail, leaving a mark. "Sorry about that. I didn't mean—" Jim tried to apologize, but the alien turned to him, blowing angry farting noises and throwing some fists. Jim made a disgusted look, his hair blown around into a mess, and blew a stray hair.
Delbert caught up to him and stood next to him, listening in. He turned to the boy, "Allow me to handle this." Delbert faced the alien and made funny faces, blowing raspberries and squishing his face, "Pfft pffft pffft," then putting a hand under his armpit, "Eek eek eek eek." For the last one to send the message, he said, "Poit." The slug alien had a surprised look before letting out a chuckle and saying something else. "I'm fluent in Flatula, Jim. Took two years of it in high school. Pffft." He saluted to the crewman. "Flatula? Cool." Jim fixed his hair and followed him up to the deck.
