They were having their cute moment which was interrupted by a phone call. Rohan took out his phone from his pocket and frowned looking at the caller id as he didn't except that person's call.
"Hello, Rohan" the person on the other side greeted.
"Han bol na Ansh, kaisa hai tu?" Rohan asked his best friend Ansh who is a doctor by profession. They both were childhood best friends till date, although both took different paths in profession, their relation never got ruined. Their bond was always special as it is now.
"Mein theek hoon par tum tho theek nahi hogi kyunki tumhe bohot kuch karna padega" Ansh said dramatically as its 'that time of the month'.
"Kal Ania ki check up date hai" Ansh continued.
"Oyiiii, shittt, kal tha check up uski?" Rohan asked slowly, facepalm. At that moment he knew, the next day is gonna be a long day.
"Haan kal hee hai, be prepared" Ansh taunted as he knows it not at all gonna be an easy job.
"Yaar, theek hai phir kal milte hai, good night" Rohan sighed heavily and cut the call as Ansh greeted back.
"Bhaiya kal Anu ka check up hai?" Dhruv asked in a little tensed tone.
"Haan" Rohan said tiredly.
"Mein aapke paas sojau aaj?" Dhruv poked Rohan and said cutely.
Rohan chuckled and told him to settle. He went to check on his two little sisters who were sleeping peacefully as he returned back to his room.
Both the brothers made themselves comfortable and slept cuddling with each other. Dhruv felt way comfortable and safe in his brother's arms as he soon drifted to sleep while Rohan ruffled his hair and soon he slept too.
The next morning was a Sunday morning so it was slow and quiet. It was almost 7, Ania descended downstairs when she saw Rohan engaged in a call. She went and hugged him from the back, getting all the comfort. After the call was done, Rohan turned back and smiled looking at his baby sister as he adored her cute appearance. He gently tucked her hair from her face to the back of her ears and pulled her cute cheeks.
"Slept well baby?" He asked as she hugged him.
She hummed in response, Rohan took her to the kitchen and soon the other two came to the dining room. After they all settled themselves, they started having their breakfast.
"Bhaiya appointment kab hai?" Dhruv asked without realising and widening his eyes when he realised that Ania was right here.
"Konsa appointment bhaiya" Kiara asked and Ania too looked at Rohan for his reply.
Rohan whacked Dhruv in his mind as he had no plan to tell Ania about the check as she won't step out of the house upon hearing that.
"Konsa appointment Dhruv" Rohan asked as he gritted his teeth with a tight lipped smile.
"Woh...woh....act..ually, mera matlab hai, meeting....meeting kab hai aapka" Dhruv stammered as he looked at the scaring eyes of his brother.
"Woh meeting maine postponed kiya hai kal ke liye" Rohan replied about the meeting he never knew. Although both the sisters felt something fishy, they left it, not questioning further.
"And by the way, sab ready hona by 11, hum bahar jayenge" Rohan said as he stood up to leave.
"Bhaiya hum kaha jaa rahe hai??" Ania asked
"Let's see" Rohan replied, ruffling her hair.
"Bhaiya meri hair mein French braid kardo na" Ania said finishing her breakfast.
