In Winterfell everything was going smoothly but it will all changed because of a letter that was placed in the hands of Rickon. Rickon was in the great hall with the northern people, Rickon opened the letter where he read every word and it broke his heart.

Rickon closed his eyes because of the letter, he knew that he needed to tell his people. He had to tell his people that Robb had died but not only Robb, his wife as well. Queen Jane went with her husband where ever he went but because of that caused her death.

Everyone in the north and the riverlands mourned the King and the Queen's death. But in king's landing Cersei and Joffrey were actually happy about the news, it was because of them that Robb and Jane were dead. Eddard was in the crypts crying alone, he lost his wife and now his first born child, almost lost his daughter.

Eddard Stark mind was going all over the place. The most important thing in the letter Robb had written another letter, that letter said that Robb named Rickon has his heir. Rickon was named the new King of the North, it was a major change for Rickon but he was up for it.

The bodies of Robb and Jane were bought back to the north and given a burial, after the burial a feast was placed in the great halls. Jon was in Winterfell mourning the lost of Robb, but as he was in a corner of the castle Eddard came out of the crypts.

Eddard knew that it was the worse time to tell Jon the truth about his heritage but Eddard needed to tell Jon. So Eddard called Jon where they spoke about his parents, Jon found it as a shock.

Ser Davos Seaworth overheard the whole conversation between Jon and Eddard, however after the feast and the burial, in the morning Rickon was crown as the new king of the north.

Everyone was there for Rickon's crowning, Arya, Jon, Eddard, and Bran where there. Rickon was now the head of the family, he knew what he needed to do.
