Appearance: Chiyun is a average height young man with brown hair and brown eyes, he is known for his very muscular thighs; Chiyun wears a usually blue qipao, an early-20th-century Chinese dress, with golden accents, puffy sleeves, and a white waistband. His other ensemble includes a pair of white combat boots and brown tights. He usually wears his hair in "ox horns", with silk brocades and ribbons in his hair. He also wears are large spiked bracelets on his wrists.
Personality: Chiyun is a resourceful and dedicated officer of the law with a strong sense of justice that rivals that of his mother and grandfather, as he strongly believes in protecting the innocent and saving the lives of others. He is a highly disciplined, seasoned, and courageous young man, and is often the voice of reason. As an official of Interpol, he takes his work as a cop with pride showing pride at what he does when he saves another, outside of his duty as a cop, he has an elegant, sweet, and feminine personality. Chiyun, however, is not without his flaws, as he has shown to get very competitive with criminals, and does not take kindly to those who insult his pride as a cop. There are also times he is shown to have a fairly rash side to his personality. Chiyun tends to let his emotions get the best of him while on duty, this has at least on one occasion almost caused his demise, Chiyun has been told this and he has promised not to do it again while it keeps happening.
