Forced visit

Confrontation
Fossa sit’s across from the suited man , visiting him in prison . Fossa’s expression fulfilled with anger and grief, the suited man stares back , A cold smirk playing on his lips , “ You took everything from me , Every dream , Every hope , ” Fossa declares , gritting their teeth.
The suited mans expression remains unapologetic,“And what are you gonna do about it?”Fossa’s hands clench into fists , their emotions threatens to overwhelm them.
“I’ll make you pay for what you’ve done . not just to me, to everyone you’ve hurt.” Fossa exclaims , THe suited man leans back in his chair , Seeming unfazed by fossa’s anger .” You’re in no position to make threats , didn’t you kill a man for me?”

“It was forced , You forced me and The others into a contract that we didn’t agree on.” Fossa says , “But you still signed it . Didn’t you? I never killed him , i watched you and the others kill him . The surveillance caught you coming out of the flat with blood on your clothes.”
“Surveillance? What surveillance?” They question .
“There was surveillance in the building , but i went on and shut it off.”
“What do you mean ‘shut it off’?” They question , Fossa raises their eyebrow . “ Let’s just say , the viewer is sleeping for now.”
“ You Monster!” Fossa jumps up out of her seat , and punches him right in the nose. Guards come running over and grab Fossa by her arms , “ Get off me!” THey lift her out of the room and place her in a room aside the visiting room ,

Fossa get’s her phone out from her pack pocket and searches Star’s name , “STAR ROMAN” It says , While scrolling along , she finds Maeve’s contact. She presses on it , She reads aloud her bio ‘Maeve Evergreen , i will be forever green:)’ She won’t be forever green , she will be forever 17. Fossa clicks on Maeve’s contact , It rings until there is a answer . “Hello , Fossa?” Star says , she had a tone that something was wrong . something wasn’t right , “Hi star , i just visited the creep in prison . it didn’t end well.”
“Let me guess , did you punch him?”
“Your on it .”
Star was about to say something , but studdered , hesitated and she shut down any of the words coming out of her mouth . Star starts to speak , without stuttering this time , “ Fossa , i have to tell you something .  you see , They both have court tomorrow . i just got told , I’m coming up.”

Foosa’s eyes widen , their expression shocked .
“They told you , but not me? I was just there , star. Just there. I cant go and see them in court , star . i just can’t do it , after what he done to us , after what they  done to us . they deserve no court , just life . nevermind life , death.” Fossa announces as they hang up the call , staring at the phone . they walk out the side door which lay beside them , staring at the sky .
“What do i do Maeve ? please , tell me what to do. If you heard , they are going to court tomorrow.” Fossa walks off , walking on the concrete side .

Court
As fossa does up her belt on her jeans , she gets a call . it’s from star . she must be here ,  Fossa thinks . “Hello , Star?”
“HI , Fossa . I’m at the court house , do you want me to book you a cab to get here?”
“Yeah , i need one .”
Star knew Fossa’s address , the funeral was held there . Everyone of star’s , maeve’s family knew fossa’s address .

The cab pulls up , Fossa grabs her bag , rushes out the door . “Hello , Cab for Fossen?”
“Yeah . take me to the courthouse please?”
“Alright . I’ve heard that name somewhere ? Weren’t you the one who was the friend of the girl who got murdered ? Ah,” The taximan puzzles,

“You’re going to the courthouse to go to court about the fella who murdered her , Did they ever say his name ? They didn’t say it in the papers .” He asks , Fossa doesn’t answer , but lifts her head , and answers him , “ No . I don’t even know his name, they never told me . he was always called ‘the suited man’ .” They answered , he drove away from her home . Fossa was dreading today , she wasn’t even going to come until she had a dream where Maeve told her to go . Maeve looked happy , but something was off about her , something weird . She had blood stained clothes , with blood on her head , it was a vivid dream . “Go Fossa  , not for me , but for your closure.” She said , she said it all throughout the dream . They arrived , the big courthouse . They saw Fossa waiting , on a bench . on her phone , the cab door opens , star looks up and jumps up out of her seat . “Alright? The judge said that we have to go in now.”
