it is a few weeks after pippa fitz-amobi murdered jason bell, she stopped sleeping again. stanley got back into her head and everything was back, the drugs and the blood on her hands she just couldnt save herself from it this time she needed to get help.

"I know what you did." Pip looked up to see Max Hastings smirking through the bars of his prison cell. "Good little Pip isn't so innocent after all," Max went on. Pip tried to stand up but was bound to a chair. "Let me go!" She tried to shout, but no sound came out. "Good, sweet, innocent Pip committed a murder and blamed poor old Max Hastings for it," Max said, contorting his smile to a snarl. His face morphed into Stanley's, covered in blood. Pip was now standing in front of a burning farmhouse at night, watching Stanley writhing on the ground. Pip screamed and woke up, panting. She looked at her alarm clock. 3.21 PM. Nowadays Pip didn't go out much, and her dreams were haunted by the trauma of the events that happened recently - namely, a man dying before her eyes, and her killing another man, then blaming Max Hastings, the serial rapist, for it. What day was it? She couldn't remember. She peered at her phone in the dark bedroom. Saturday. She was always tired now from lack of sleep, and would stay in her bedroom most of the time in the dark, desperately trying to get to sleep, but always dreading it. There were only two things keeping Pip going; Ravi, and... well. As she usually did when she couldn't sleep, she wandered over to the wardrobe and felt at the bottom for her secret stash of pills. She would always try to resist taking them, but mostly failed. She took one and felt her heart slowly calm down. Suddenly the room lit up.

"Pip?" Ravi's friendly voice called. He walked in and saw Pip huddled on the floor, at least 3 bags of pills in front of her. Ravi stopped for a moment, then closed the door and crouched next to her. "Oh, Pip," he said, he sat down and wrapped his arms around pip, cradling her into his warm chest. 'r..ravi i- im sorry i should.. i shouldnt of' pip stuttered out on the verge of tears 'hey hey its okay sarge ive got you, lets put these away now okay. remember you can tell me anything, your so brave sarge you can do it' his warm smile reassured pip as she put down the bag and nestled her face into his chest.

"Pip, I know it seems scary right now, but I'll help you through this, I'll get you help," Ravi said comfortingly, but Pip jerked away. "No! I don't want anyone to know about this!"  'look, no ones going to see you any different or judge you. everyone knows how brave you are, what you went through. and you arent taking them for addiction so no one can get upset with you!' ravi reached out to hold pips hand and she accepted it and squeezed it tight, 'your so strong and beautiful sarge, dont let these take over you' "I-thanks," pip started to say, before her mum called from downstairs. "Pip come on its dinner!" Then pip and Ravi heard the footsteps of her mum coming up the stairs. "Quick Ravi put everything away!" Pip frantically started shoving it all in her wardrobe, but Ravi paused. "You're so determined and strong I know you'll want to change, you can change if you tell your parents about it, they will help I promise sarge," he whispered, kissing her forehead.

pip looked up at him, she looked up at the man who saved her she gazed into his glossy brown eyes, she knew she had to try her hardest for him. she owed him everything after had helped her so much over the time they had known eachother. 'can you.. can i sleep at yours tonight and as i walk out the door, you tell them.. about the sleeping thing.' she looked worried but tried to trust in ravi as he really was the glue sticking all the broken pieces in her back together. "Uh-okay, if that's what you want, sarge," Ravi said, helping her up and hugging her, then they went downstairs. "Oh, hello Ravi! Want to join us for dinner?" Pips mum said cheerfully. Pip awkwardly said, "actually, could I sleep at ravis tonight?" Pips mum hesitated, before responding, "okay, sweetie!" As they were about to leave, Ravi opened his mouth to talk.  'erm mrs fitz-amobi?' ravi scratched his head awkwardly, 'can i have a quick word.. its about pip' he asked 'WHAT ABOUT PIP ARE YOU GETTING MARRIED?' josh shouted from upstairs, 'JOSH PUT THOSE BLOODY HEADPHONES ON AND STOP LISTENING IN' leanne shouted. 'im so sorry about that ravi, of course what is it you wanted to say, is everything alright?' suddenly fear and worry spread across her face. 'well its really hard for me to say this because i love pip so much but she hasnt been doing well, shes took a bad turn again and her mental health.. its dipping. shes not sleeping again and.. how do i put this, shes been taking stuff.' ravis eyes glistened with tears and he started fiddling with a coin he found in his jean pocket. 'stuff???? like what stuff drugs? oh god no no no we cant i-' leanne started to stress. 'it is drugs but not like you think, its to help her sleep, its hard to explain because she hasnt told me alot but maybe once shes calmed herself down you could talk to her tomorrow. ive taken them off her because i really do care about her and we both decided that i should tell you to keep her safe' leannes expression calmed a little and she said 'oh so its not like an addiction thats good, to be honest ive been worrying about her too...' Ravi scratched his head again. "well she's trying to stop taking them but it's not always working, I think she should see a therapist or something." Pips mum her eyes or maybe a tear, and Ravi piped up again, "I-I'm so sorry, I should've figured it out earlier. I just care so much about pip and I want her to get help. C-can I help pay for therapy or rehabilation or whatever it takes for her to get better?" Pips mum said, "no, of course not sweetie, we'll take care of that. I'll take her to see someone tomorrow. Thank you so much for telling me."
