I was swimming in the pool with Aryan, Charlie, and Daniel, doing backflips, playing mermaids, and we played that game where you dunk the person who gets a question wrong.
I was having fun that I didn't even notice Leah.
Staring, at me.
"Ugh can you guys just date already?" Aryan said.
"Excuse me?" I was shocked.
I never told them I liked Leah.
"Walker, I hate to break it to you, but it's kind of obvious. We all know you like Leah." Charlie commented.
"This is preposterous." I noted, using one of the big words that Aryan taught me.
"Okay but in all seriousness dude, do you actually like her?" Charlie asked.
Every single ounce of blood in my body rushed to my face at that very moment.

"Walker...." Aryan chided.

"Okay since apparently you've gone mute, we're just going to go over to Leah-" Charlie teased.

Charlie and Aryan grinned at eachother. Daniel didn't really care, he was in La La Land jumping off the diving board.
"We are so back!" Aryan cheered.

"Okay Walker, don't freak out, but basically, Aryan, Dior, Leena, Daniel, and I have a group chat that is basically like a fan club for you and Leah."
