Classroom 2A, 7 AM
Akira's PerspectiveThe classroom buzzed with murmurs and chatter, a familiar symphony of voices blending into the background. Each group of students was immersed in their own world, huddled in tight circles, discussing everything from the mundane to the dramatic. It was an average day in an average class.
"So, you're saying I need to be friendly with him, but not too obvious about it?" I asked, lowering my voice to avoid attracting attention.
"Exactly," Yuna replied without hesitation. "One way to make someone fall for you is by being friendly—just don't overdo it."
I sighed, brushing a stray lock of hair behind my ear. "It's just... I'm not used to this stuff. Usually, they're the ones chasing after me, not the other way around."
"Well, it's time to switch things up, Aki," Yvette chimed in, her tone matter-of-fact. "You're trying to attract someone who's different—someone who doesn't fall for the usual tricks."
I raised an eyebrow at her. "You've got a point. I've known Izuki for a while now, but he doesn't strike me as the serious type. Not like you're making him out to be."
"He's not your ordinary guy," Zumi cut in, her voice soft but confident. "He's cautious, not easily swayed by simple tactics."
"Does asking him out directly even work?" I asked, a note of impatience creeping into my voice.
"It could," Zumi admitted, "but he's the type to get suspicious if you suddenly ask him out of the blue."
"Exactly," Yuna added. "He might think something's up if you're too forward."I leaned back in my chair, staring out the window. The blue sky stretched endlessly, a perfect canvas for my swirling thoughts. "So this isn't going to be as easy as we thought, huh?"
"Come on, Aki," Yvette said, her tone brightening. "You're Akira Akazari. There are hardly any guys who can resist your charms." I couldn't help but smile at her words. "You give me too much credit," I replied, offering a gentle smile in return.
"Anyway, I think I'll go for my morning stroll. Need to clear my head," I said, rising from my seat. "I'll see you girls later."
As I walked toward the door, I couldn't shake the feeling that winning over Izuki would be more complicated than I had imagined. But one thing was certain—I wasn't backing down.

I wandered through the campus, letting my thoughts drift as my feet carried me to my favorite spot—my garden. The vibrant colors of the flowers I had planted drew me in, and I found myself smiling as I moved closer to admire them. Everything felt just right. The flowers were in full bloom, just as I had envisioned when I planted them a month ago. Their beauty was undeniable, a perfect reflection of the care I had given them. But my peaceful moment was interrupted when I noticed someone entering my haven. I turned around, expecting one of my friends, but was surprised to see Izuki. He sat on the bench, engrossed in a light novel, oblivious to my presence.
"What's his deal? Why is he here?" I wondered, slowly making my way toward him. My heart raced as I tried to think of how to start a conversation. This was my chance to interact with him again.
"Hey there, Izuki. What brings you here today?" I asked, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear as I approached him. He looked up, seemingly startled by my sudden appearance. "I was just looking for someone," he replied, his voice calm. "I couldn't find them, so I thought I'd take a break and read for a bit."
"I see," I said, nodding. "Take your time and rest—though, since you're here, why don't we talk about flowers? This is a garden, after all. Do you have a favorite flower?"
