5 years since Izuku was given to All for One. One hell of a long time to spend under such conditions.
Although experimentation had slowed down and the suppressants were in stronger doses, Izuku's adaptation was proving to be remarkably strong.

"Garaki, it seems it won't affect the boy anymore. I can no longer access him." All for One said.

"Well, at least we got what we wanted from him." Garaki said. "He'll be given to the Yakuza like you said."

"Good. The Shie Hassaikai will fall into the plan if all goes well." All for One smiled.

"Remind me what the plan was, I keep forgetting old friend." Garaki said jokingly, as if he weren't a maniac.

"It's expected to happen after living so long. But the plan is to hand over Midoriya." He pointed to the unconscious boy. Who was now nine. He had grown to the height of a teen in this time and despite the conditions his muscles were building up. His skin was dirtied with hundreds of marks and scars. It would make one forget his skin had become tough to get through. "To the Shie Hassaikai. They're busy going down in the drain. Someone in the Shie Hassaikai was wanting to buy him and if what they said was true, they could try make the boy's blood suppress quirks. I'm interested in seeing this development and if all goes well, we can use such to our advantage."

Garaki laughed, he was always amazed by All for One's wits. "Old friend, you are a genius."

"I cannot take all the credit good doctor, you still helped with the development of this plan. But I will take the praise." All for One added. "Has our newest Nomu come out perfectly?"

"Yes. Kurogiri!" Garaki yelled.

Not too long after, an eerie black mist spiraled out and formed next to Garaki. The mist's purple outline helped defined the figure forming. Soon a humanoid figure with a bartended outfit formed. Yellow streaks of light seemed to make eyes in the mist. "Yes Doctor Garaki?"

All for One chimed in, "Ah I see you made sure he was well fitted doctor."

"I did. Just like you asked. I think he'll do good for Tomura Shigaraki." Garaki stated with amusement. "Now Kurogiri, say hello to All for One then do what he needs you to."

"Very well. What can I do master?" He turned to All for One.

"Kurogiri I want you to take this boy to a meet up place at 5 PM. Yakuza from the Shie Hassaikai will be there. Exchange and come back. The doctor will tell you where to go."

"Consider it done master." Kurogiri bowed before warping away.

4:58 PM, Shie Hassaikai secret deal hideout number 5

"You're sure we can trust them with this deal Chisaki?" Asked a man in a white hoodie with long locks of hair

A man with a plain black mask sat next to him. He had short brown hair and eyelashes well kept enough to earn a spot on several magazine front covers. He responded. "Yes Kurono. If I'm correct it'll just be one simple exchange, but if there is talking required let me do it."

The Kurono let out a sigh. "Alright, but are you sure he doesn't need to know?"

"Yes, the old man might not be keen with us working with children. How old is this one as stated in the deal again?" Chisaki asked

"9 years old, if I'm correct. But what about the information thinks you can suppress a quirk with his blood?" Kurono was curious. He wasn't sure how Chisaki would go about it, but if there was a way he was sure it would take a long time.

"You see, from what I head his quirk factor is different in that it adapts. If you use that with some genetic modifications you can make something that maybe adapts to and replaces genetic code." Chisaki stated

"Sounds like it could work." Kurono added.

Chisaki was going to ask a question but he was cut short when a thick mass of black mist, outlined by purple, formed in the room. Out of the mist came a man in doctor's clothes, who led a small boy, looking to be in his teens out of the mist. The mist soon thinned out and two yellow streaks of light formed what could be interpreted as eyes. "Ah you must be the Shie Hassaikai agents correct?"

While Chisaki was certainly curprised, he kept calm. He analysed the boy being led by the doctor. "Now hold on," he spoke clamly "the deal stated you would bring a nine year old."

Garaki, the doctor responded amusedly. "He is, but the boy's quirk and the experiments led to him growing more than he should have."

"Oh? Well in anyways you know how the rest of the deal is, you get to test the first few portions of the drug made." Chisaki was happy, everything was going as planned without hiccups or negatives.

"Yes, well good day. I have things to do, you have things to do. As the deal was set." Garaki said before entering the mist, which swirled into a smaller mass before disappearing.

"... well that was easy. Chisaki should I guide the boy?" Kurono chirped out

"Yes, I wouldn't like to get my hands dirty right now." Chisaki said while looking at the boy.

Speaking of Izuku, while he looked like a lost puppy who had long abandoned any form of hope or even expression, the boy was still scared and nervous on the inside. He thought it would have stopped at All for One, he thought maybe it would have stopped there and that he could go to his family. Or at least be thrown onto the streets. But here he was, in the hands of other people, people who would put him through more if not worse.

The ride to the Shie Hassaikai was silent and if Izuku had any motivation left maybe he would have traced the way they took but he was too broken at this point to care. The next thing the nine year old knew, he was back to being strapped to something, a table with what he could only guess were quirk suppressants, not that it mattered, he was already wearing a quirk suppressing collar.

The man he heard was named Chisaki approached the table and had a scalpel in the one hand. It was strange to Izuku, after all he was used to having someone use their hand to do the experiments. Soon enough though Chisaki took his glove off and started to reach out to Izuku's arm.

'Oh' Izuku thought. Just like previous times he guess some quirks would be given to him like All for One had in previous experiments. But that train of thought was soon derailed as when Chisaki's hand contacted Izuku's arm, it exploded into blood. The nine-year-old reacted with a surprised and worried expression as although he saw his arm explode, although his expression died down as there was no lingering pain to keep his reaction going.

Meanwhile Chisaki was deep in thought. The boy's eyes being so unique did a good job at catching his attention. But his main focus was the boy's reaction to his own arm exploding. Although the boy reacted, his expression was momentary. Despite that moment of thought, Chisaki just continued working on Izuku. At least he would be easy to take apart and put back together.

Something caught his attention at the end of the 'surgery' after putting the arm back together. Once Chisaki used his quirk, the wheels in Izuku's eyes all glowed before turning and producing a sound with a deep echo, it was like a large clock turning. Nevertheless he payed it no mind. He would just have to be careful since form what the villains told him. The boy adapted after 8 turns.
So long as he kept it at cuts and scalpels with occasional use of his quirk everything would go fine.
