Karan and Tanish were taking and Suddenly devika came into the living hall and breathing heavily and both of them got shocked...

Devika stumbled into the living hall, breathing heavily. Karan's eyes widened in alarm as he rushed to her side.

"Devu, what's wrong? Kya hua tujhe..??" Karan asked, his voice trembling with worry.

Devika tried to speak, but could only manage short gasps. "I...I don't know...can't breathe... da..dadda..!!"

Karan's face turned white. "Chachu, gaadi nikaliye .. hum abhi hospital chalte hai..!!"

Tanish Chachu rushed over, concern etched on his face. "Devika, beta, try to calm down. Hum abhi abhi chalte hai"
And was about to go outside but then

Devika's eyes rolled back, her body swaying. "I...I feel...dizzy..."

Karan grabbed her arms, holding her steady. "noo..no..devu.., stay with me! Don't faint!"

But despite Karan's efforts, Devika's legs gave way, and she slumped forward, unconscious.

Karan caught her, holding her tight. "Devika! No, no, no! Wake up, please!"

"chachu pani...pani laiye..!!"

Tanish rushed to get water, while Karan cradled Devika's limp body.

"Karan, lay her down on the couch," Tanish Chachu instructed.

As Karan gently placed Devika on the couch, he felt his heart racing with fear. "Kya hua..ese kyu faint ho gyi... Devu please open your eyes na..!!"

Karan's heart felt like it had stopped as he saw Devika faint.
He shouted for water, his voice shaking with fear. Tears pricked at the corners of his eyes as he rushed to her side.

"Devika, please wake up! Pleaseee..!!" he begged, his voice cracking.

But Devika lay still, her chest barely rising with each breath. Karan's mind raced with worst-case scenarios as he gently shook her shoulders.

"Devika, wake up! Please, beta.. Karan mai gaadi ki chabiyan nikalta hu.. abhi ise leke chalte hai..!!" said Tanish

And Karan nodded being worried

But Devika didn't respond.
Karan's fear turned to panic as he looked at her pale face."Maa..baba...please wake up..!!"
He felt like he was losing her, just like he lost his parents.

Karan's breath came in short gasps as he fought to normalize himself.
He couldn't lose Devika either. He couldn't bear it.

"Karan, calm down! Gadi taiyar hai leke chalte hai ise..!!"

But Karan couldn't move. He was frozen in fear, holding Devika's limp body.

"Devu, please...please wake up..." he whispered, his voice barely audible.

Devika's eyes remained closed, her face still. Karan's heart felt like it was shattering into a million pieces.

Karan was about to pick her up to take her to the car ...so that they can go to hospital

But soon devika opened her eyes and was looking well now..!!

As Devika's eyes fluttered open, Karan's heart skipped a beat.
He stared at her, expecting to see some sign of distress, but instead, she smiled mischievously.
