At the back of the shop was the cat training area. It was partitioned with a half wall decorated with small animal friendly indoor plants. The area was thoughtfully designed for both function and comfort, along with expansive windows that filled the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The floor was covered in soft, cushioned pastel colored mats, providing a comfortable space for both cats and their owners to move around.

Various cat trees and scratching posts of different heights were arranged around the room, creating a miniature playground for the feline visitors. There were also hidden tunnels where cats could explore or play.
In the center of the training area was a low table, set with a box of cat toys; feather wands, jingling balls, squeaky plushies and interactive puzzle feeders. A small shelf nearby held various clickers and treats that San used during his training sessions.

San's work station in the corner was personalized with a laptop on the counter, and a bulletin board behind it with pinned photos of the cats he had trained, thank-you notes from clients, and a few polaroids of San with cats, all smiling, showcasing his genuine love for the felines.

As Wooyoung stepped into the cat training area, he looked around with a mix of curiosity and amusement.
He immediately turned to San, his brow furrowed in concern.

"I noticed there aren't any other cats here right now. Did something happen?"

San glanced over with a reassuring smile.
"Oh, I was cat-sitting three other cats earlier today. But their owner arrived early to pick them up, so they left before you arrived"

"Oh, that makes sense", Wooyoung's expression relaxed as he looked at Byeol, who seemed content in his carrier. The anticipation of working with San, along with the presence of his own cat, made him feel less anxious.

"Hey~ I'm so happy you're here. I've been counting the days, wondering when I'd get to see you again," San said, his voice warm and sincere.

"You did? Really?" Wooyoung's cheeks warmed as he looked up, eyes widening in surprise and amusement.
San stepped closer, his eyes softening as he looked at the carrier in his hand.

"Of course! I've been looking forward to meeting Byeol again. And...seeing you too", he added, his voice lowering just a bit as he said the last part, a shy smile playing on his lips.
Wooyoung's heart skipped a beat at San's words, and he shyly averted his gaze.

"I'm really glad you're helping us", he mumbled, his voice just above a whisper. San noticed Wooyoung's bashfulness and felt his own feelings for the younger taking more space in his heart.

"Let's get started then, shall we?" he asked, instantly receiving a soft hum and an eager nod from the other.

San placed the carrier down and knelt down on one of the cushioned mats and gestured for Wooyoung to join him.

"You can let Byeol out here. We'll start with something simple, just to help her get comfortable," San explained, his tone soothing as he reached for a feather wand from the nearby table.

Wooyoung carefully opened the carrier, and Byeol stepped out, her sleek fur glistening under the soft light. She sniffed and looked around curiously, her ears twitching as she took in the new environment.

"She's beautiful~" San said softly, his eyes full of admiration as he watched Byeol.
"Just like her owner", with a playful glint in his eye, he added.
