Everything happened in a flash.
The green flames rising. Panicked screeches across the burning tents. The suffocating smoke filling the air.
Blitz coughed and got up,and crawled over to his laying mother.
"Mama?"
Blitz checked for a heartbeat,and from there,his blood ran cold.
There was no pulse.
Upon realisation,all presence of air has left Blitz's throat,his body shaking frivously,his eyes twitching as tears brim at his eyes,threatening to fall as his breathe became unsteady.
As he still shook in his disbelieving state,he felt himself drifting in and out of conscience. His hearing blocking out the screams of the fellow demons running away as a white noise fills his head.
Blitz's breathe quickens,his heart won't fucking stop the pumping as he unsteadily got up on his feet and ran away as far from the scene as he could,running up the moonlit hills to the nearest tree,furthurest away from everyone.
As he leans down the tree's trunk,the floodgates opened as Blitz uncharacteristically curled up in a ball and sobbed. Hard.
Its all your fault,Blitzo.
Fizz doesn't have his limbs anymore.
Barb is now homeless.
And mom....is.....dead.
Mama!
ALL. BECAUSE. OF. YOU.
His thoughts swirled in his mind as his breathe spun out of control,his sobs increased in volume and his vision started to blur even more with every tear falling from his face.
As Blitz's vision spun out of control,it finally fizzled and faded,his tears formed a pool around him on the lonely hill.
A chance to see a reflection of himself.
Who he is.
A terrible clown.
A pathetic friend.
An even worse brother.
A mother-killer.
A monster.
A/N:The first chapter is done.
Welp,the angst was heavy. Poor Blitz....it isnt his fault. He is far from a monster,but its teen Blitz,so what can i do? Its gonna be a long healing road for this book series.
For the fans of my rocketxoc series,its still ongoing. The adventures of batch 89 series on the other hand.....
Its complicated.
I originally planned 2 more books,but now i gotta make it 3 due to the change from Kang to somebody else,as well as my cliffhanger being retconned by the ending of Loki Season 2.
So,we'll have to wait and see for that one. So sorry.
