---This Chapter is written by Void-King---

A world identical to Earth can be seen orbiting a yellow star similar to Earth's Yellow star. The planet is called Orion, and it is home to an advanced human species called Metahumans. They are similar to humans, but they have one ability that humans do not possess that is the ability to adapt at a fast pace to any harsh climate. Additionally, they possess vast knowledge about science and magic.

With their knowledge, they have managed to become an advanced civilization capable of traveling across the vast space.

Currently, chaos reigns on the planet. The entire land is engulfed in fire, and the planetary defense system is fully active, with all its guns firing laser-based weapons at their intended targets.

These targets are known as Phrases, A crystal monsters that ravage planets in search of their Queen.

The Orion's Defenses is strong, but no matter how powerful their defenses may be, they are severely outmatched.

In the midst of all this chaos, a girl with black hair and yellow golden eyes stood, fighting multiple Phrase at once. She had guns equipped all around her body, similar to the Ship Girls from Azure Lane.

Alongside her were two individuals. One was a man with brown hair wearing a white Navy Uniform, and the other was a girl with the same colored hair wearing a military uniform.

"There's no end to them," the man said as he fired his gun towards a lesser Phrase.

"You're right, but we have to hold on until the reinforcements arrive," the girl said.

"Commander, I'll destroy them all if you allow me to go inside that portal," the girl with black hair said as she pointed towards the black Portal Above the sky.

"What are you saying? There's no way I would allow that," the girl wearing a military uniform said.

"But if I don't do anything, this planet will be destroyed."

"Listen to me, Mirai. We just need to hang on until our other men stationed on other planets arrive. You don't need to sacrifice yourself," the man said.

"But..."

Before Mirai could speak, the console attached to the girl wearing a military uniform glowed and started to deliver a voice message.

"THIS IS ARMADA 51. WE ARE UNDER HEAVY ATTACK FROM THESE PHRASE. REQUESTING IMMEDIATE ACKKK..." The message ended, leaving the three shocked.

"They even attacked our reinforcements. This is no longer a simple planetary invasion..."

Before they could do anything, the ground shook.

The man looked at the console on his wrist and noticed that the Phrase were drilling the planet's core.

"Oh no, they're after our planet's core, and I think they're going to drain it."

"What does that mean?" Mirai asked.

"It means that if they reach our planet's core and drain it, our atmosphere will evaporate, and it will end all life on this planet," the girl wearing a military uniform said.

After she said that, the ground shook violently again.

"Mirai, listen. You have to get out of this planet now."

"What? No, I can stop this if I go inside that portal and self-destruct my heart. I could create an explosion that can end even a planet," Mirai said.

"Mirai, listen to me. Even if you sacrifice yourself, that doesn't mean that these Phrase attacking us will stop. And we don't even know what is beyond that portal."

"But..."

"MIRAI!" The man yelled at her and looked at her straight in the eyes. "Just listen to your father for once. I don't want you to go there because you're my child, and no parent would want to see their child sacrifice themselves," the man said.

"But I'm a machine... I'm built to fight," the girl said.

"You're not a machine. You're also a human like us, and you will forever be our daughter," the girl said, crying.

"You have to go. Take this disk. It will open a wormhole to a safe, habitable planet," the man said as he gave a small grey disk with a red button on it to Mirai.

After that, they once again felt the ground shake, but this time, the ground was starting to break.

"You have to go now, my daughter," the man said as he hugged Mirai for the last time.

"Aegis, are you there?" he asked.

[I am here, Commander Allan,] a mechanical voice answered.

"Disable Mirai's engagement mode and head to space," Allan said.

[Command accepted,] the mechanical voice said.

"No, Father, what are you doing? Stop, Aegis!" Mirai pleaded, but the system didn't obey her command.

"I'm sorry, my daughter!" Allan said.

The weapons surrounding Mirai disappeared into light and took the form of a space battleship. Immediately, a blue chain wrapped around Mirai's body and dragged her towards the ship.

Mirai struggled and attempted to break the chains, but she failed to do so.

"NOOOOO!" Mirai screamed as the space battleship flew up into the planet's atmosphere a Flew out to space.

"I hope you will grow, my child," Allan said.

"She will. She's a strong kid, after all," the girl beside Allan said.

"Lily, I will miss our daughter," Allan said to Lily.

"Too bad she won't live to see you die," a voice echoed behind them.

This startled both Lily and Allan, and when they turned around, they saw a humanoid Phrase standing there with a wicked smile plastered on her face.
