Summary: One morning Mitsuri decides to go visit Shinobu at the butterfly mansion. When she got there she was unsure where Shinobu would be so she had a look around the mansion. She bumps into someone who seemed extremely upset about someone else.

Mitsuri's POV
Today i had no missions, i stayed in my mansion extremely bord. I need to go see someone but who? I could go see my Sensei Rengoku hmmmm.. Ooo i know ill go see Shinobu!
I called my crow in to ask "Can you find out if Shinobu been giving any missions today?" It flew off and in about 20 minutes it returned "She has not." I smiled excitedly and thanked it for going and asking for me.
I headed to the butterfly mansion cheerfully. Its always great seeing Shinobu! Usually i see the other girls at the mansion to and they are all so sweet.
When i arrived i knocked on the door. No answer huh? I peaked my head around the door to see if i could see anyone but no one was around. Thats odd Aoi is usually around, i guess she must be busy dealing with someone.
I entered the mansion "Hello? Anyone there? Shinobu?" I called out many times but no one answered. I started to walk around the mansion.
This is bad i have no clue what room Shinobu will be in and this place is massive!
As i continued walking i started to hear footsteps and the sound of someone crying. I turned a corner and fell back as someone clashed into me. "Miss Kanroji? Im so sorry!" Aoi called out as she had tears in her eyes.
I got up quickly "Are you okay?!" I asked concerned. She just looked at me. Sorrow was the only thing i could see on the girls expression. Her lips quivered and her eyes started to water more.
"Its Shinobu!" She called out as she cried more.
Aoi's POV
After waking up and doing my usual rounds, making food for myself Naho Kiyo Sumi Kanao and Shinobu. Then after eating i went on to make some food for the guests staying here in the medical bays.
After a couple hours of looking after patients and doing my usual chores around the mansion I noticed Shinobu's absence. Odd i havent seen her all day usually she atleast checks up on us all.
I walked around the mansion to try and find her. I checked her bedroom first but she wasnt there but her haori was missing so that means she is around somewhere.
After about 10 minutes of searching i saw her office (where she usually makes poisons for her swords and medicines didnt know what to call it) door was slightly open. Thats weird it's normally locked.
I pocked my head in and was horrified at what i saw. Shinobu had a needle in her hand with a purple liquid inside of it. Wisteria? She had her right arm sleeve up and was injecting the liquid into her veins.
Why would she do that? That has to be dangerous? I watched as she coughed and held her stomach tightly "oh come on." She snapped annoyed. I watched as she coughed more as a mix of blood and the purple liquid dripped out her mouth.
She leaned on her desk while the blood and liquid still dripped out of her mouth. "Shinobu..?" I whispered weakly still shaken by what i saw.
She turned around at me while wiping her mouth with a tissue. Her eyes widened shocked to see me then went back to her usual expression, smilling softly. "Aoi what are you doing here? You know not to come in my office when im working."
