Tankhun's POV

After being convinced by Macau to let him look for Chay, I hesitantly walk to the main hall. Actually I don't want to go there. I don't want to see anyone. I want to go to my room.

If I walk through this hallway, a few more steps I'll find my refuge...but I stop.

I think about going back the way I came from. Why? For what?

No...don't be silly. Just go back to your room Tankhun and even if you're not sleepy, close your eyes and don't think about that useless man.

"Tankhun?!" Suddenly I feel a light touch on my elbow.

I turn around quickly.

"Ah, you idiot!! Don't touch. My elb.."

"Oh...I'm sorry." The hand quickly retracts "I called you a few times, but I don't think you heard me. I'm sorry for touching you."

"Oh! Dr. Top! I'm so sorry...I...I thought it was someone else..."

"I'm glad I'm not that person. You don't seem to like them."

"Ah... yes... I don't like him... not at all... his polite manners are annoying. His friendly smile makes me want to slap him in the face... and when he calls me eldest son or first son...Agh! Only HE calls me like that!! He's such a..."

"Ow..." Dr. Top tilts his head.

"W-what?!..."

"Could it be that you're not in love with this person, Tankhun?!"

"...!..." Me?! In love with Lian Wang?! I glance at the mirrored wall in front of me.

Wang stood in that balcony with his lover... he wants my cousin for his collection... And as for me... I'm just a sleeping pill... I'm just a clown.

"Tankhun?!"

"No! I like you, Dr. Top."

Lian's POV

He's kissing him... he's kissing that annoying doctor.

Although I have an enviable memory and quickly reached the main hall, I couldn't find Tankhun anywhere in that place. I ignored all the Thai high society that got in my way and started walking through the corridors. Fearing the worst, I thought about heading to Tankhun's room... and as I was on my way I saw him in the distance. He seemed lost in his thoughts.

That's when suddenly that soulless doctor appeared out of nowhere and they started talking.

I more than hurried, I almost ran down that corridor... I almost screamed from where I was... and when I realized it, it was too late.

Tanhun wrapped his arms around that doctor's neck and kissed him.

This unexpected act paralyzed me for a few seconds. At least I didn't see any tongues coming out of any mouths and although it sounds pathetic, I was relieved... almost grateful... before the numbness ceased and my anger began to rise from my core.
