(RECAP)

"OH. MY. GOD!"

I froze when I heard that shrilly voice. Damn, I spoke too soon. Just my luck.

My eyes widened in a slight terror by the sudden ominous aura slowly looming over from the distance. Then the sound of soft footsteps came behind me. I could tell it was Stephen's. I slowly turned to my left to see that red hair flaring like it was on fire as the wind blew through her hair. Stephen took a glance to where I was looking while stretching himself as he yawned widely.

Then, back to the sea. When he realised what he just saw, his eyes went back to her. She was waving at us like crazy. She must have pretty sharp eyes. It is quite a distance from where she is. How could she tell its us?

Right, there's a cabin just yards away, they probably own that cabin since they look like they came out of there.

Wow, good moments really are fleeting.

Stephen quickly turned back to the cabin as he said, "You lock the doors and I'll close the windows." he said, briskly walking away.

"Good idea." I followed him, not even hesitating for a second.

She already spotted us, but I'll take my chances and hope she doesn't know it's us.

.............................................

We stopped by a french restaurant called Le Petite. According to our itinerary for the day, this restaurant caters also guests who paid in advance. Any meals we choose have already been paid by our parents so we pretty much got ourselves an all-you-can-eat french buffet for the rest of the week.

"Oh, thank you so much for the treat! You guys are so nice!" Julia said in a grateful manner.

My cheeks stretched obligingly into a smile as Stephen showed his obvious frown-looking face like he's not happy with the way things turn out. You know, dining with them early in the morning, the start of our honeymoon. I'm not happy with it either but I gotta keep my promise with my Mum and Aunt. I have to act nice and polite until the end of the honeymoon. If I make it, our parents would let us take care of ourselves financially.

It's harder than I thought..

God, she was even talking while eating, as if there's no tomorrow so that she could talk as much as she can after each gulp of her food. Mostly about herself, her past and when she asked about mine and I mentioned a word that may be related to her, she starts to talk.
