this is something i've learned just last year or 2 years ago, manifesting things you want into your life. this has been a very big life changing thing for me, i've always had this victim mindset, and making myself sound like i couldn't do anything until i found out about manifestation (law of assumption).

what is manifesting?
— manifesting, is creating a desired reality in your mind first (4d), causing it to happen in your current reality (3d). i know this sounds absolutely crazy, but it works. believe it or not, we all manifest, our whole lives we have been manifesting. you choose to believe something that happens and it happens. if you start to choose otherwise, it will happen otherwise. example, if someone at my job who i work with, is depressed and i continue to believe that they're depressed they're going to keep showing up like that in my 3d reality, however if i believe that they are NOT depressed in my 4d (my mind), they will show up as i want them to show up which isn't being depressed. us humans have a very intelligent brain, and our minds are more powerful than we think. God lives within us, if you do not believe in God then think of it as the universe, you are the universe. it lives within you.

3d: is what you can see, with your eyes. for example, right now i can see my garden and everything else around me, this is my 3d reality
4d: is what your subconscious mind cannot see, it does not have eyes meaning that whatever you tell it, will believe that is true and it will make your desire show up in your 3d because it does not know what is fake, it believes anything you tell it.

how do you master manifesting?
— there are many different methods and laws to manifesting! everyone is different so not everything is going to work for everyone, keep trying new things to see which method works for you.

personally, what works for me is using the law of assumption.
the law of the assumption is assuming you have something already, which then manifests into your 3d reality.

our minds create and shape our world, so whatever you believe will come true/show up. if you continue to believe that you hate yourself, you will keep showing up with hatred for yourself. if you believe that you have no money, you will never attract money into your life, etc.
do not use your negative thoughts/beliefs to shape your reality, or your life will keep showing up that way. you deserve the best.

| TIPS |

° do not check your 3d whatsoever, do not check what is happening in the 3d. it is just a dump of your old thoughts, it is the old story playing out it does not exist anymore, so focus on your 4d and what beliefs you're feeding your mind with. do not react to it either, but if you do remember that you're only human and yes you have emotions so you will fall a few times but that will not affect your desired results as long as you don't let it/believe that it will.
° do research on different methods, as i said earlier you should try out new things and only then you'll be able to know what works best for you.
° manifest something small at first to practise, remember that everything takes practise and you're not going to be perfect at it the second you try it. i'd say try to manifest a drink you want. for example, use these affirmations (which i am going to talk about in a second incase you don't know what affirmations are) — "i have received a free coffee", repeat those in your head or out loud until you see it happening in your 3d, but remember to focus on the 4d and the 3d will catch up to you.
° visualise + live in the end — to act like you have something you have to act as if you already have it, this is to do with law of assumption which takes a big role in manifestation. it is super easy, all you have to use is your imagination and your mind. visualise what you desire, and tell yourself that you already have it. after visualising, or if you have trouble visualising as you get through the day/night act as if you have it already. embody the version of you that has that desire, what would she/he act like? what would she/he say? etc!
° affirmations — now this is what i'm going to be talking about as i mentioned before. what are affirmations? affirmations are phrases/sentences repeated (in your head) to help you shift into thought patterns, and into another reality. the more you repeat a sentence, the more your mind will soak in the information you're telling it making it manifest into your life because it HAS to happen.
